in like the 78th minute they had a breakaway and Rabiot slowed and made a square pass. No killer instinct, no championship quality.

De Ligt was a scratch, so Frabotta playing behind Wes and Sandro sliding inside to CB. It's a bit weird.

Wes trips while making a pass across to midfield for Chiesa, but it gets there for Chiesa to put it wide of the far post from 22'.

 

Wes's first touch has improved dramatically this season.

 

Yet he and CR have had a couple of one-touch passing fails today.

30' in and Juventus has barely been better. One of Juve's best attacks so far, and CR went looking to play it wide to a Wes who hadn't caught up to play for some reason.

Wes has been so central recently I'm trying to figure out whether it's a formation change or just playing very free.

CR seeing how long he can spend offside at a time. Probably spent 30 seconds standing offside twice. Someone please write a dissertation about what a brilliant tactic that is.

 

I hear you, but I'd just play a 4-3-3 with this group, then.

 

Brutal. Unfortunately I feel that this won't end well for Juve, Ronaldo or Pirlo. They need to turn it around.
