Really unlucky to be down 2-0, but down 2-0. Announcers and Gladbach are killing Kluivert for diving - when he gets kicked really hard in the back of his leg while in possession of the ball in the box, as far as I could tell. Odd.

 

That looked like a penalty too

 

Adams has been very good thus far.

 

I have never heard announcers dismiss close penalty shouts so authoritatively. Olmo stays up there and he is perhaps knocked unconscious

I never get the logic of “that foul isn’t enough for a penalty”. If it’s a foul...it’s a foul.

 

Sabitzer pointless yellow, getting a suspension, and Adams may start at 6 again next match.

Tyler spends a couple of minutes playing as a #8, then goes back to RWB.

 

RBL go up 2-0, used two subs right brfore the second goal, seems like same formation. Some chance of changing to a four man backline to be more conservative, but Tyler still way into the attack for now.

 

3-0 on a beautifully worked team goal, ending in a Sorloth backpass to Forsberg for a placed shot into the corner, and RB take the three points.

 

Adams is not too bad a player at RWB. Still prefer him in midfield.
