Julian Brandt sucks. Dude shouldn’t be a starter, especially being played on the wing.

Why the hell does the midfield not look up and pass the ball to Halaand on the break. Easy goal FFS

Agree BVB is missing Witsel, great defensive/glue guy and probably the team's unsing hero.

Bellingham looks slow as molasses. Reyna was only spark in second half.

The grind seems to be catching up to GR. Sancho should have passed to him and he clearly expressed his dismay. Showing frustration is always a sign of the grind catching up. Also, clearly not happy about coming off. I don't blame him.

He had some good moments, but he also got the ball in attacking positions and created nothing 2-3 times. I'd have to say today was a mixed bag.

I had a better impression. Haland is the one having a stinker of a game. Reyna should have had at least 2 assists today.

I feel like he did OK, and with BVB they need more than OK. A lot of the team is going along at OK and that's not good enough. Not a bad game but no great plays where he broke them down and created clear chances.

Haaland levels it 2-2 for BVB. Hoffenheim player committed foul, injured himself, and the ref payed advantage 30 yards from goal. BVB took advantage. Good for BVB and Haaland for playing on in that situation. They are under no obligation to play the ball out of touch. I've seen teams concede too often and play the ball out when they are in attacking positions. it kills attacks.

Especially with how that guy got away with tackling Haaland earlier in the game.

He seems to get his pocket picked too much.

Mixed from Gio thus far. Nearly scored, but he’s given the ball away a few times already. Needs to get up to speed of thought and play the ball quicker.

Looks very poor to me. Tepid, sloppy with the ball. If I am scout that had never seen him before, I’d be curious why/how the kid is valued as one of the top 5 teens in the world? time for him to show some aggression and confidence

The only thing worse than Reynas performance today is Cherundolo’s announcing. He’s putrid. Take him off the air.
