This has him as a (well-performing) RWB?

Chris has now started three games in a row after a few months of coming off the bench or not even being in the 18. All of those starts have come at RB/RWB.

STVV has taken 15 points from their last six games, so... I guess it's working out?

    1. He's young enough he still has a chance for a big career. (Not Champions League big, but 7-8 years in a top 5 top flight.) Interesting case.
    2. Good Lord...we need another RB like we needed keepers about 15 years ago.

Yea yet another CDM converted to our loaded CB position.

Have to hope Adams moves back to CDM once CL congestion starts (although the stupid coach will probably continue to play him at RB).

I think in the long-run we still see Durkin playing CDM given his skill set.

If Sint Truiden are playing a 5-3-2, that means that the RB is there either to provide width or to move into CM while the left flank is attacking, or a pacier CM moves to wide right. They spent the first 10 games flipping from one formation to another, but since they replaced their coach yet again (they're on their fifth coach in the last two seasons) and adopted a 5-3-2 (a 5-2-1-2 according to some), they've won the last 4 in a row and drawn two others in the last 10 games while climbing off the bottom into 14th place.

The main reason they're playing Chris at RB for the last three games, however, is that the regular RB has been serving a straight-red-card suspension. Since it's his second of the season, he may not get to reclaim his place automatically.

Finished 2-0, with the second goal coming on 90'. That drops Sint-Truiden to 15th out of 18.

The bad news is they're only 5 points off bottom (though they do have a GD of +13) .The good news is that they're only 3 points off 12th.

    Chris went 90' it seems.
