With his knee problems it would probably be better for him to try to transition more into a striker role. He definitely has the technical ability, whether Roma has the patience for him to learn the position though is another story. Yeah there’s a lot of hype. Very fast and an excellent crosser. Also pretty tall for a full back. He’s only had one season at a pro-level though, so still pretty raw. Still expecting Karsdrop to be our starter next season.

So basically Fonseca is a sorcerer. Borja’s numbers in his first 900 minutes at Roma: - 8 goals. - 3 assists. - 1 penalty won. The most impressive part is that he managed to do that while wasting 13 big chances! It means with better finishing he could have scored 15 goals already.
That’s why it’s hard for me to put all the blame on Fonseca. There’s a few pretty good players, but for the most part, this squad is just not very good. Two summers from now, I will be shocked if half of this team is still here.
