Yeah, he hasn't impressed often when hes been out there, but it must suck being the source of friction between a coaching staff and a horrible owner who's running the club into the ground. Ferran Torres did detail after he left how the two of them got scapegoated for everything. I can imagine it's not really fun playing when your teammates are giving you the cold shoulder and purposefully not passing to you (seemed apparent on more than one occasion). The transfer rumors swirling every window without being sold def doesnt help either. Also, whats up with only playing him the last 5 min of a match or not at all? You guys barely score a goal a game??
the worst Another one pointing to stalemate... offers not enough to convince Valencia to let him go, manager doesn't want, and yet ownership wants to keep Lee Kang In https://t.co/M3c5SuMZIF— Korean Footballers (@KoreaFootAbroad) January 26, 2021
Looks to be Real Betis or AS Monaco...we will know by Sunday, the latest Valencia is asking to renew the contract IF it's only a loan deal...but do they have the leverage at this point?
Oof, overall, terrible from Valencia today. He played the entire match in their 0-3 Copa Del Rey loss to Sevilla. Gracia should've definitely put out a stronger lineup when facing the Europa champs. It's like he wanted to lose. Kang-in went from less to more. Seemed a bit lazy and very sloppy in possession in the first half but had a better performance in the 2nd. Increased desire, intensity, improved passes. Too bad the game was already over.
He’s not good enough to displace Fekir as a 10, and I really don’t think he can play as a winger in that team.
I saw him make a couple of tackles. That's nice. I hope he continues to work on his defensive skills.
his defensive workrate is good but he fouls a lot by being overaggressive unnecessarily. it felt like he suffered the dirty tackle at 92' because of the way he harrasses the other team
Unused sub in Valencia's 1-1 draw against Athletic Bilbao. We'll probably see an even further decrease in his minutes with the signing of Cutrone. Gracia will use every excuse not to play him. He seemed very dejected on the sidelines after realizing he wasn't going to come on. Head down, arms crossed. When Blanco is chosen before you, you know you're in trouble.
His situation is remarkably bad, with an owner that refuses to let him go even though the manager doesn't want him. Add in an insane buyout clause and it's a recipe for destroying a career.
I think he played his best game this season in Valencia's 2-0 win against Celta today. Fantastic, really (aside from his silly yellow that he got). Hope he can keep it up. Made the pass that forced the Celta GK expulsion. Assisted for the opening goal in extra time.
