Fonseca has a weak mentality. Garcia was a better coach tbh, didn't have the right players at the time

I'll bring Garcia back if it's possible

What happens against every half-decent team with a half-decent coach when you have a clown of a coach and he gets schooled by them 7 days a week?

    Education + Humiliation = Humilication

We have to do change now IMO.

If Juve beats Napoli and Atlanta win their game in hand.

    Juve 36
    Atlanta 35
    Napoli 34
    Roma 34

So everything to play for 3rd / 4th spots. I am afraid if we stay longer with Fonseca, we be out of CL race and coaching change wouldn't matter at that point.

No More Bald People At Key Positions in Roma ( unless your last name is Conte)

    We've suffered enough mediocrity.

I definitely would, as I just don't rate him and hate his style. He has been an underachieving coach based on what he has been given of teams to coach.
And I believe Baldini/Pallotta thinking to turn this team into a Guardiola-Esque football team has been our downfall.

I like to see a coach with more of a realistic approach to the game. Because that is what's suited for our club as we don't have the top players in the world. When big games come in, you gotta know to defend and know when to strike. Enough 7- 1 and high scoreline humiliations.

Allegri would be the perfect option here.

He must be one of the worst coaches currently working in Serie A.

Fonseca doesn't create individual errors. What I don't understand is why every long ball becomes a 50/50 between our defender and the striker.

He chooses the team does he not ? He is the man who chooses, Pelleshit, Lopezshit, Ibanez etc..... Just because he is the last remaining relic of your American heroes ( You were one of the biggest Pallotta cultist ) does not mean he has no blame for our beyond shit displays.

Which players that are better can he pick?
This squad is far worse than the teams above us in the table.

    I was a Pallotta cultist?!

Ibanez was in super form before the derby, one of the better CBs in the league.

Fonseca is lucky to have the next set of games coming up.

    H - Spezia
    H - Verona
    A - Juventus
    H - Udinese
    A - Benevento

If he can keep up his form against mid to low table clubs (excluding the Spezia result), he just might stick around until the end of the season.

I'm sure most here, like me, think our actual chances of finishing top 4 are very slim. However, we are currently 4th and in contention for a top 4 finish, which is the height of our ambitions right now. As long as that's the case he is not gonna be fired.

Lets not also forget, we're still in the EL (for what's it worth)....
