Yeah... I could have scored that goal. It was the definition of a sitter where the assist-er did all the work. I hope Wolves lose. There has to be something about 007 being missing since missing that header. If there is than it is poor player management.
Abracadabra! Strength and drive from Owen Otasowie.🇺🇸💪 pic.twitter.com/2R9BSrj2kT— Wolves (@Wolves) January 21, 2021
"That is another of your odd notions," said the Prefect, who had a fashion of calling everything "odd" that was beyond his comprehension, and thus lived amid an absolute legion of "oddities." Elementary," said he. "It is one of those instances where the reasoner can produce an effect which seems remarkable to his neighbour, because the latter has missed the one little point which is the basis of the deduction.
Traore has been underwhelming this year, disappointing as he looked like he was putting it all together last season.
Yeah, seemed like a good fit for him today. Hopefully he gets used - I assume this is a five-sub contest.
I have been called out for being too harsh on Wolves and their treatment of Owen.... but he was starting to get regular minutes and then it stopped the second he missed that header. If he is being punished for missing that then it is completely ridiculous. But.... there is a correlation. Not a single minute played since.... even against an inferior team in the FA Cup. IMO, the manager doesn't rotate his players enough.
I thought he got injured during practice the week after the missed header. He did practice this week and look good, but for whatever reason, his number wasn't called.
He literally got hurt and was not on the bench due to a slight injury for a couple games. This was his first game back available for selection.
That's Nuno. That's how he operates. Did it Valencia. Did it at Porto. Doing it at Wolves. He likes a small squad and he will absolutely run them into the ground. He's also been criticized for using the allowed number of subs and/or not making subs soon enough. That's his downfall as a manager. Nuno is so stubborn and that's why I rate him as average. If he got off his high horse in regards to squad size and subs..... he wouldn't be at Wolves. Nuno would be at a top 5 club.
DNP, a disappointment no doubt, but a 1-0 Wolves loss to Crystal Palace almost makes up for that. There's really no greater satisfaction in life than knowing a team that might have played a YA but chose not to do so went down to defeat. Well, I guess I could probably think of a few things that are more satisfying, but I'd have to think hard, and there can't be many.
Coach has not given him a minute on the pitch since missing that tough header (I am adamant that that was not an easy header to put on target). They say he felt really bad about missing it... IMO, the coach isn't doing him any favors by what certainly seems like punishment for the miss to me. Also... I have said it many times and I will say it again.... their coach does not rotate his players enough... the players look tired.

That’s just bad coaching. It wasn’t even a horrible miss; nevertheless, that’s not how you bring your young players along.
