Chelsea played Aston Villa on Monday (12/28). Everyone should be adequately rested.

 

The front three is what we have been waiting for quite a while. Now if only there were a decent creator in midfield.

CP rising like a salmon to try and head one home... not close enough, but it looked good.

 

I’m liking Ziyech and Pulisic on the field together. Really dangerous in the open field.

 

Lots of opportunity to play centrally today, seems to me. Playing very much like a 4-2-3-1 in possession.

 

Poor positioning by Chelsea, City could easily be up 1.

 

Genius by Gundogan. Chelsea midfield and defense not really tuned in yet.

 

Great goal. Bit of a weak hand by Mendy, but that's probably unfair.
