They have enough good players to get them through games against weak oppositon, but Lampard lacks what it takes to tactically out think decent opposition Chelsea's have won 7 league games this season, those wins have come against teams currently sat in 10th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th & 20th Big alarm bells should be ringing when you have given someone £200M and they can only beat those^ teams
Tuchel knows what he's doing and is tactically very competent to say the least, but the problem is every situation he's left has been on bad personal terms.
Roman won’t stand for his bullshit. Disaster waiting to happen if they think Tuchel is going to bring him immediate success. They might as well just stick with Lampard until end of season and then see. If they want long term success, Allegri might be the guy to deliver.
Not sure there is much to read into that since the EPL table is a bit upside-down now. Maybe not upside-down but it hasn't settled itself yet. Bottom-line Chelsea are only 3 points from second place. Nobody would've expected them to finish higher than 3rd and that is still totally achievable. They also won their CL group. I haven't been following all the gossip but I would think Lampard is pretty far from being fired (although nobody is that far I guess).

Araujo gifts a goal to Eibar! He tried passing it back to Mats and got it stolen! Barca down 1-0 1344003839549206530 is not a valid tweet id
Don’t be such a Debbie downer, always assuming the worst. Why don’t you just enjoy him whilst he’s there.
Hope Getafe take points off Atlético tonight. Atlético are our rivals for the title while Barca will be fighting for Top 4 under Koeman.
Solari got hired by Club America. Best of luck to him. https://www.espn.com/soccer/america...real-madrid-boss-santiago-solari-as-new-coach
Can’t decide if I want Laporta to get elected or not. On one hand I would love for our team to destroy his smug face once again. On the other hand he presided over two of their golden periods after taking over the club when it was in shambles - kinda like now. First with buying Ronaldinho and then with Guardiola.
Anyone thinking he’ll walk in and suddenly everything magical will be mistaken. He won’t have that golden generation to make his presidency look good but instead a debt ridden club with aging players
You have a point, but we shouldn't forget that the current system of economic chaos was established by him. The people in charge, they were people he chose. They were his partners in running. If Barca members vote for him, there's some major stockholm syndrome thing going on there.
Very true. Dude really has been the definition of a double-edged sword for them After semi-following some of the other candidates, I sadly don’t see anyone else able to challenge Laporta. Victor Font seems to be a bit more sane and would probably run them well commercially; but seems to lack personality and doesn’t have a clue on the sporting side apart from ‘Xavi will save us’ which I’m not sure is a strong enough pull for the voters. Edit: Also have to say that Laporta brought in Soriano and Txiki who were their equivalents of Xavi and Iniesta off the pitch. Now that they are at City, if Laporta can repeat that sort of exec team then they will become a force to be reckoned with.
