pulisic looks so bottled up.. im nto sure why this team isnt great. They always look worse to me when Abraham is in. Not sure why.

Pulisic was sharp with his limited opportunities in the first half. Not so much for the rest of the team.

Arsenal are a bit lucky today however. They get a non pk and an unbelievable lucky cross that turns into a goal.

Not a single Chelsea player is playing up to their standard.

I'd play pulisic at the number 10...only chelsea player that looks like he knows how to start a dangerous attack.

They also hit woodwork, had Mendy standing on his head to keep shots out, etc. They were the better team and it wasn't particularly close.

They give him the jersey and then ignore it.

Pulisic with a strong game despite the result. Team looked much more cohesive in attack with Werner off.

Yeah but Chelsea was chasing the game at that point. Arsenal were fortunate with all three goals.

Anyways Pulisic was Chelsea’s best. His dribbling to set up the hockey assist was elite.

I think that’s certainly part of it, but I think the main source of their frustration is the total lack of identity in their attack.

Liverpool, Man City, and Leicester City, have very fluid attacks, and even though United’s gameplan of getting the ball to Bruno and letting him make plays is simple and not always pretty, at least it makes sense and gets results.

Chelsea just thumps the ball up to Abraham (who is terrible in the air and at holdup play) or lets guys like Werner and Mount try to make hero plays. They seem selfish, but when they do it all the time, it makes you think it’s part of the plan.

The only move that consistently works for Chelsea is giving Pulisic the ball on the left in space and letting him cut inside. You wonder why they don’t do it more often.

Well, at least CP played well. Time for Timo to join Harvetz on the bench.

He had some really bright moments on the ball today.

But Lampard is such a mess. To see CHO immediately offer an upgrade to Werner on the wing and allow Puli to switch left, and then to consider Lampard has refused to do this all along is an embarrassment. Playing multiple players out of their best position instead of playing an actual bright young winger in CHO on the wing.

I'm still amazed Frank doesn't seem to value Giroud's holdup play which was a major part of their success after restart.

With Ziyech injured a Puli----Giroud----CHO front 3 gets better results than this crap. All three in their preferred positions and whose skillsets compliment on another.

Now they play Villa in about 46 hrs who currently sits 5th in the standings.

Playing Jorginho and Kante in the same midfield???

Lol expect some creative struggles. Play one. You can’t play both of those two. Lampard really In over his head.

Pulisic was pretty good. Needs more shots though.

they spent a lot of money on attackers, and hes proven he has no clue what to do with it. moving pulisic loses games, but shaping the attack around werner/havertz lost the locker room.

Lampard's clock might be ticking down quickly.

Especially with Tuchel now in the market, along with Allegri and Pochettino.
