I suppose we switched roles. For the first time, I put Christmas lights on the outside of our property. For years we had been wanting to put lights on the outside (we have so many decorating inside..). Well we finally splurged this year (why not 2020??). Timo started right after Thanksgiving (though those ones on the roof are not finished...). You would not catch me on the roof.

This past summer my dad bought a paint sprayer (it is amazing), after we had been looking for one. Timo repainted our deck (which now looks really good for a 30+ year old deck). I decided we should string lights on the deck. So I figured why not start today?

Note: We will start stringing outside lights right after Halloween from now on.

I've always thought a "stamp" was something you put on an envelope, but I have seen that word previously describe that action.
