Dier is a crucial mistake waiting to happen. Perhaps look into swapping Willian for Saka. His direct running could force that issue
Partey rushed back, injured again. Bellerin's shitty attacking play has been directly responsible for both goals. We can't have him on the same side as Willian, because Willian doesn't care about tracking back, and Bellerin loses the ball in terrible positions far too often.
