I just watched the hbo documentary on him and was shocked to hear the chants juve and Verona fans said to Naples.. is it still like that? Is it serious belief among the north or is it banter or somewhere in between... I know Brits are like this too although much tamer now, does this have anything to do with moor invasion? I was born in 88 and this is all before me plus I don't speak Italian so I don't know what chants they say now. I met a guy from transplant from Naples in the USA recently and he said its a serious belief the north holds... then there's the furio statement from sopranos where he says this basically as well tho that's just a tv show.
Yeah, one of the great players of all time, condolences to his family, but... I'm just not that moved.
Inter fans want Conte fired That team is heading for implosion. Also, they registered a 104m loss for 2020
Pogba is supposedly injured again, lol. This dudes career went down the shitter when he went back to ManUre
He would be a world class player if he had stayed here....and his ego was kept in check. Mino tends to ruin his players. makes them (and him) a a lot of $$$$, but at a cost to their careers.
LOL color me shocked. But to be fair, they've always operated at a (serious) loss. The Rat was just forever willing to throw good money after bad until Mourinho introduced some structure. After that, it was return to business as usual.
Large First they allowed Inter a goal created from a foul, and then he followed it up with a disallowed goal which was a bigger joke.
Morata is proof (so far) that for some, the environment makes the player. I think it's fairly obvious that this true for Pogba, given the difference in his performance for Utd vs. his performance for us and France.
The northerners always looked down on the southerners as the South were always considered poor , "cafoni" and lower class citizens. In the 50's and 60's there were signs saying we won't rent to southerners and dogs. Even today, the North of Italy is a lot richer than the South and most Southern Italians flock north for work and school... Its still no wonder that Maradona's Napoli teams is the only club south of Rome that won the scudetto and that was 30 years ago.... Even the two Roman squads haven't won anything in 20 years since Lazio and Roma won in 2000 & 2001... That will tell you a lot right there.
So being dark skinned Sicilian American, I really should not be supporting Juventus as those fans in the residence of Northern Italy look down on me and would not like me.
