Not a single person has played well today really. Uruguay new we didn't have people to progress the ball other then James and they set traps and just feasted on our midfield. Not calling Alzate after he played so well was a really stupid mistake, the manager has no plan or ability to progress the ball through Uruguay's well organized pressure and that is on him not setting up the team or preparing them for what you know Uruguay will do. Just a terrible game, it got worse when he brought out Barrios. And now Mina gets a bullshit red, wtf.

3 mistakes 3 goals all coming from their midfield pressing us and we really showed nothing going forward. Jeison and Yerry with nightmare game, this manager is getting completely out coached, he may have got away with being very predictable and just playing work horses in Asia but in South America he's dealing with a much higher level of soccer and he's looking really poor. I was listening to Uruguayan radio, and they were talking about how the Colombians were just ball watching the entire time. Not being proactive and anticipating movement.
Ecuador can beat this team 4-2 in their own stadium but we couldn't even score a goal. Disgraceful; have we become less of a team than Ecuador?
This is the first time in three cycles that Colombia has lost a game where I was stuck working. I am so bummed - i always thought I was bad luck. The comments here are very discouraging. Sucks to have to play at altitude next, can't believe Uruguay beat us in the humidity...
The fact this guy can't adjust to use all 5 subs in successive games we are losing is not a good sign. We play again in Ecuador at altitude and that game was gone and dusted and we have guys with yellows as well, why not take out James and Duvan and preserve them for that game after this one is lost?
You know why this is especially disappointing for me? I was having a hell of a good week: I got laid, VA approved of my disability rating AND back paid me the last 4 months, And I got these! Us winning would have topped this week for me....
