We would look much better with Soto or Gio jr. insead of Lleget.

Wes, Brooks and Dest have been good. Miazga has also been low key very good, I would favor him over Long with an important game tomorrow. Musah is exciting.

Konrad to me looks really slow - both physically and in processing the game. But you're right, he really hasn't played at a level like this in his entire career.

Team really needs that big target in the final third. Really wish Jozy could stay healthy.
We looked damn good though. That midfield is no joke

I guess I will be the guy to say it, risking the wrath of the fanbase, but Reyna has not looked as good as we would have expected.

Really hoping we can fully utilize the rest of the Fifa windows. If these players had a couple other windows with each other like Europe has had I think we’d see more cohesion.

Still impressed with what I’ve seen so far though.

I don't think Gio felt comfortable in the first half. He is a very good play maker but he is not getting the ball at the right spot.

Who doesn't rate him? He's one of our core players, without any real debate.

Depends on the kind of attack they're up against. Miazga and Brooks work today because they're up against a big, hulking forward. If they were up against a quick, crafty forward, I'd be worried. Long works better in that situation.

Funny thing is I do think that this team would be better today if Dike were playing in place of Lletget.

I think one of the reasons no one is remarking on it is because we all know what he is... the fact that he's not performing here isn't indicative of his skill. But players like Konrad and Musah are unknowns, so they're going to get more criticism.

But, yeah, Reyna didn't look good during that 45'. But also he'll want to rectify that ASAP.

He should have to do it all the time in practice. He practices against a better squad than Wales daily. It's concerning.

The dude looks REALLY fast, maybe he’s trying to add range, knowing he can get back in the play.

Or Jozy, but I love the idea that Matt Turner or Paxton are "nailed on starters".

Gio dribbles too much i say but that's what playmaker does. trying to make things happen. On a pitch like today, maybe best is play safe and pass the ball around.

If Konrad would have just a little more class we could be up right now. Lleget doesn’t offer much. Imagine swapping them with Pulisic and Sargent. Would be pretty incredible.

Sub off KDLF for Weah, move Lletget back to CAM. That's the main move that needs to happen.

Definitely silly to believe that those are nailed on starters. I am as big an MLS fan as anyone here, but that is just crazy talk.

Plus he is still learning how the other players move on pitch and their IQ. Gio will figure it out.

Hope Lletget comes off at half and we field an actual striker. A lot to like out there but without a striker up top we seem really unfocused in attack.

IDK, I personally think you can make an argument for Morris... even though you can't exactly pinpoint what makes him great, he just gets the job done no matter what jersey he's wearing.

Fixating on Lletget for being team average at his 8th best position is pretty ridiculous. Shows how much confirmation bias is pervasive.

Has even had some nice hold-up, and that was a slick behind the leg shot attempt that was blocked. About the only option he had there.

KDLF is the obvious sub. He hasn't done anything and blew a couple opportunities. Bring on someone w/ some background as a striker & move others back to more normal positions.
