At first glance I was pretty appalled by this suggestion. But after thinking about it...it has bothered merit and precedence. The withholding of federal highway funds from states did a lot to set speed limits, enact state drunk driving laws, and change our drinking age to 21. Messaged correctly....I think this approach might work.

Florida went through a major overall after 2000. Also, they started prepping for this weeks ago while PA wasn't allowed to toutch the ballots. How are these fuckers so dumb?
