GA vote has moved a bit towards away from Biden. Still under 2,000 separating the two.
Clayton County still has 5% of ballots to count. Biden leading in the 85%-14.9%.

Recount in Georgia very likely.

All overseas and military ballots must arrive tomorrow. 8,800 outstanding.

It's military and overseas. So, people working abroad, students, etc. I'm guessing most people who decide to go overseas for school or work are not fans of Donald Trump's nationalist agenda.

 

Biden within 23,000 in Pennsylvania.

Still over 59,000 votes to be counted from Philadelphia. Being counted as 13,000 per hour.

Mail in ballots going over 79-75% for Biden.

Results should be in the morning.

Software issues in Gwinnett county [GA] have caused problems with the counting of about 4,400 absentee ballots and required additional adjudication of thousands more that delayed the process. County officials say they have worked through a lot of the ballots but they decline to discuss when it might be complete. However they are retaining staff until Sunday just in case.

Another county, Clayton, was expected to deliver the result of about 5,700 votes at around midnight. Clayton leans very strongly to Biden and could push him into the lead in Georgia. But there is no guarantee that he will keep it, particularly if more overseas and military ballots arrive on Friday after about 8,000 were delivered Thursday.
