First of all: Congrats and welcome. Please don't hesitate to find me if you'd like.

Secondly: Don't expect a BW's experience from that Crew house thing they're touting. My theory - and I'm happy to be wrong about this - is that it will be less of a full-time restaurant and more of a happy-hour hang out. I don't think we'll be able to swing through for a burger at lunch on a Tuesday in January, but I do think we'll be able to watch EPL matches on Saturdays in February (full English Breakfast is still debatable).

Either way: Welcome, First beer's on me when you find me.

Small world thing. I was talking to my ticket rep today (Brendan). Turns out I coached against him in high school in NW Ohio a few years ago.

We know a lot of the same people from club soccer and all that stuff.

    Seems like a nice guy.

I've been in the Nordecke for many years and around the team longer than that but never pulled the trigger on season tickets. It feels good to finally do that.

I'm pretty sure I've seen you around but I may talk to you about that beer since the group ive been around for many years has dwindled thru the years.... stupid kids.

Which high schools were involved here? My wife is from Lima and we met in Bluffton.

I noticed the 3D pick a seat viewer has changed its seating section numbers. Today it’s kind of a mess because you click on the map and it gives you a different section view. Looks like they are trying to get it right, which is encouraging.

Can you provide a link to the 3D pick a seat viewer?

I coached at Findlay and Brendan played at St. Francis. He played club for Pacesetter and Lee (Celtic) was his high school coach.

My dad’s from Lima (Lima Sr) and mom’s from Bluffton. They met in Bluffton while he was in college.

Shannon Theater for the win...very odd that Bluffton seems to be the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon for BigSoccer. I grew up right outside of Bath and Bluffton.

My freshman year at Bluffton (then College) University was 92-93. A bunch of us freshman from the soccer and volleyball teams went up to the Shannon everyday for like two weeks and watched "Aladdin". Good times.

Question to people who purchased 2021 season tickets: have you gotten any sort of email confirmation about your order? I’ve gotten nothing from my rep or an automated email confirming my purchase. My card was charged, but otherwise I haven’t received anything from the club in the 3 weeks post-purchase.

I got a payment confirmation via email the day the deposit was made, and I got emails letting me know when then next payment was due. But that is it. I normally just use the Account Manager to confirm things.

You can always contact your rep as well if you have questions.

Yeah I didnt get anything of the sort. It should show up in paid/unpaid (depending on your payment terms at purchase) invoices in account manager. Otherwise, I only hear from them when the Q2 monthly payment is due (I've only had 1).

I got a pretty clear email a few days my payment hit. Mine came from "Mapfre Stadium Ticket Office," subject line "Your Invoice Details." Did you get one of those? If not, check your spam folder?

Nothing from my rep, specifically, but I wasn't really expecting that.

How do I know (or find out) what the refund is for my 2020 tickets? There is no credit showing on my invoice.

I just checked my account manager. The last invoice has the credit applied.

What's funny is I put the payments on the 6 month plan and I only owe $59.20 after the credit, so they are taking it out $14.80 at a time :)

Yep, I owed $84.32 after the credit. My next payment (on the 3-payment plan) is 28.11. I think I can swing that.

I had a few bucks left over--only enough to pay part of the ticket for the NYCFC game.

I couldn't find the 2020 thread, but I wonder what will become of the 2020 membership items that we were all supposed to get.

Since they (rightfully) offered us all refunds on 2020 and the items can only remain in storage for so long, I hate to think what will become of them.

It still stinks we won't be able to add another Crew item to our massive collections.

There is a literal plethora of other things to be concerned with than what trinket the FO will give all of us schmucks.

    You seem uncharacteristically cranky tonight.
Camping trips are supposed to be relaxing.

Nature has been the only thing keeping me sane in this wild 2020. What a trying year in so many ways.

Woke my kids up and went on a family hike first thing today. It was glorious. What a beautiful weekend.

We have plans to stay at Burr Oak in late October. I hope the trees save some colors for us!
