He's listed as an '02 defender on the first team at lower-division Dunstable Town: https://www.dunstabletownfc.co.uk/senior-team A video that appears to be posted by the man himself says he's a Ghanaian-American who stands 6 ft. 5 in. He seems to have joined Dunstable from Northampton Town.
Old youth team news: He was part of a Northampton youth squad that won something called the National Football Youth League South Championship: https://www.northamptonchron.co.uk/...ducation-team-claim-league-title-glory-973790
Started for the U23s of Fulham. Some fresh faces!@luca_murphy3, @mc4voy_ and Jean-Pierre Tiehi feature having made the step up. ⬆️It's a league debut for Ziyad Larkeche. 🇫🇷#FFCU23 pic.twitter.com/4snZhk51gW— Fulham Football Club (@FulhamFC) September 18, 2020
I mean, that's fascinating. Certainly possible I missed something, but I see his name on at least 5 U23 match reports on Fulham's site, but no signing announcement or profile on any roster pages. Is this an official move? Youth teams always seem to update things later than first teams, of course, but usually at least there's a quote or two somewhere.
So this is fun, apparently Fulham have their own Fandom Wiki page and Eric has a page: https://fulham.fandom.com/wiki/Eric_Ameyaw Could be worth seeing just how many pro teams have fanbases like this who care enough to make full wiki pages about just their teams

I want to thank all my friends, coaches and family who have helped me to get to where I am today. Gotta say, I did not think this somewhat-random dude at Dunstable Town would end up on the books of an EPL club a few months later. I've learned my lesson!

Now departed from Fulham and didn’t easily see news of a new club: Fulham release Ghanaian duo Eric Ameyaw and Jerome Opoku https://t.co/Oyh9aYcf9w pic.twitter.com/uwC8EVXeWh— Ghanasoccernet.com (@Ghanasoccernet) June 8, 2022
Appears to have recently joined Hayes & Yeading, and got on the field for them. https://www.hyufc.com/current_players/EricAmeyaw.htm Kit sponsorship is available! https://www.hyufc.com/commercial/playersponsor.html
Before joining H&U, he apparently had a tryout with QPR, appearing in a development squad match that also included Cannon. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/qpr-casting-eyes-over-norwich-city-player-and-ex-fulham-man/
