Just when it looked like doom had befallen our heroes, the embodiment of hopes and dreams came down and blessed our beloved crew with his magic, securing a much needed victory in these dark times. once again, the main rival appears to steal all the joy and hope for the world away. Will the blessing last long enough to see our boys triumph over the main rival? Will another step up and secure victory in the face of disaster?
No tailgating and there's a post on Facebook saying that the Ohio Highway Patrol will be in the lots to enforce.
Notes from the Zoom video: Parking passes are digital and contactless. No scanning. (I'll admit this seems weird and easily can be worked around, but I'm fairly positive I heard that passes wouldn't be scanned.) Masks must be worn at all times, except for when eating or drinking. Don't cross over between zones, including parking. Gold zone enter via the southeast entrance and black zone enter via Korbel Ave. There will be barricades in the stadium. For fans who walk or take bikes, please enter via the south side of the parking lot. Each fan will be allowed one 20-oz sealed water bottle. No drinking fountains. When buying food, return to the seats before eating. Concession stands will be card-only. If people bring cash, there will be stations where cards can be loaded with cash for no charge. The Crew SC shop will be closed, but two tents will be in either zone with the exact same merchandise in each tent. Hand sanitizer stations will be present, but fans will be encouraged to bring their own small, personal size bottles in. Go to www.columbuscrewsc.com/safety or ask your account manager any questions.
I did not see an option for parking passes when I purchased my tickets. Are they selling them in advance of the match?
Hell is Real fatigue is real. The multiple zero atmosphere games vs a very poor team that is supposedly our rival has done little to get me amped for this rivalry. Combining the every other week matchup with FCC and the multiple games vs Chicago it's been difficult for me to really get going on this "season." Give me more games vs the likes of NYC, Philly, Toronto, even Minnesota. The Crew is a very good team, and punching down to the parade of jabronis primarily on our schedule doesn't set us up well for a knockout tournament. I want to see us tested against the best. Win by 2.
Yeah, I've gotta admit: I'm pretty apathetic about all of this right now. I'd explain why but the politics thread is apparently closed.
I get where you are coming from. But hopefully we punch down more sucessfully this time than last. Go Crew. Good luck & stay safe to those who are going.
Toronto and KC both lost last night. If we take care of business, we’re five points clear for the Shield.
My lineup for tonight: Room Jimenez - Keita - Mensah - Cadden Berhalter - Nagbe Mohktar - Zelarayan - Santos Zardes
May as well just ask Cincinnati if they just want to agree to a 0-0 draw instead of wasting 2 hours of our time
Got that right. All the "experts" are talking about how Jaaaaap Stam has turned the defense around with all his Euro-zavvy and ManU glow. Bullshit. Any idiot can park 9 men in the box. So you cant score and they arent really even trying to.
Holiday weekend. The entire nation essentially stuck home due to Covid. And we have 20 posts before kickoff. I'm not sure this rivalry even exists.
