It seems likely, but I wouldn’t write off Porto just yet. Sergio is a superior motivator, I have been mimicking his team huddle strategy. We even had one recently over zoom and included all players and some parents as well. It’s a bit upsetting for our league, before we often didnt know who could win. Would it be benfica ? Or Porto? For next season or looks like it will just be benfica most likely. Porto will comfortably come second. The sporting , braga, guimaraes will fight for third but I could see sporting finishing 5th or lower.

Yes its an election year, LFV has seen a lot of opposition recently considering how this season ended and other off-field issues we all know about, but this investment and big name signings will probably lock up his reelection

Well the year is not over but I kind of knew that JJ was going to be a flop at Benfica. I cant stand him as a coach. Never could and never will. Huge mistake with better coaching options available. Well, had it not been for our completely idiot of a coach.... any other coach with the talent we had on this team would have made a better challenge to the title. No Im not saying we would have won but it would have been much closer
