I got the word sport package and it has been added. So I’m getting Brazilian A and B for free. And they provided a PDF guide too: https://www.sling.com/content/dam/s...an/premiere/Premiere-schedule-August-2020.pdf
I have the top Brazilian package on Sling, which I think gives me the World Sports package automatically, so I can't confirm the availability separately. I checked Fanatiz just now , and they have the same games as on Sling, but Fanatiz is having frame rate issues, with dropped frames on both games. They really need to fix that.
By my count 6 out of the 7 too flight matches will be on Premier today. Only the Athletico PR v Goias match is out.
PFC Internacional still has all of the SporTV talk shows and news shows live, but as far as games go, you are correct. I guess that I will be watching the games on Premiere and the talk shows and news shows on PFC. Except right now I am watching PFC because they have the audio that is missing on Premiere 4 on Sling. Plus PFC has all of the extended pre- and post- game coverage, if you are interested in that. And if you have DirecTV, and other providers, you cannot get Premiere, but Globo + PFC still gives you a lot of games.
Premiere 1 on Sling has a live game now. So, 4 games live now (1, 2, 4, 6) on Sling. Premiere 8 still has the split screen with the first 2 games.
Fanatiz and Sling have the same 4 games live now. Fanatiz is still having dropped frames on the first 2 games. The 2 later games look like they have no problems on Fanatiz. All in HD. The 4 games are flawless HD video on Sling, but still missing audio on Premiere 4.
Premiere 3 and 5 are live now on Sling. And they fixed the audio on Premiere 4. So, it looks like they are going to use all of the Premiere channels, and they all are working in HD, pretty much flawlessly.
Premiere 3 on Sling has a live game with HD video and audio. Premiere 4 has just the normal channel placeholder icon, but with the audio from Premiere 3. I am guessing that is not intentional, so there are a few bugs. Premiere 8 has the split screen with the 2 currently live games.
Apparently, the Athletico-PR v. Goias match was not televised at all for some reason, which is why it was not on Sling or Fanatiz.
One thing I am noticing though on Sling is that there is no lookback option for any one of the premier channels, save for premier 8.
So it seems that Sling has the best picture quality, the only channels I would like to get with Sling are these Premiere channels and the BeIN channels, what is the cheapest way to go?
Yes. But there is no program guide for the channels just yet so you will need to record in 1 hour blocks for now.
On PFC Internacional just now, during the program "Troca de Passes" the presenter read a long statement about recent court rulings, and "teams that signed with Turner," as she put it. The take away seems to be that Globo will not broadcast games where teams that have signed agreements with Turner are the visiting team, at least for now. Globosat, a division of Globo, is the owner and producer of Premiere, PFC Internacional, and SporTV. That probably explains any games missing on Premiere and maybe Fanatiz, at least in the near future. Here is a recent article about the rights dispute: https://www.sportbusiness.com/news/...n-battle-lines-over-serie-a-match-broadcasts/
I hope they add that. My guess is that they will. They have 8 days of programming recorded for most Sling channels. You can pause and rewind right now on the Sling Premiere channels.
Fanatiz said on social media that they have all games except Athletico Paranaense home games. I assume Premiere on Sling is the same.
Well, it looks like Sling thinks so because they just sent an e-mail informing that PFC Internacional will be dropped on September 16. I think that PFC Internacional is still on Dish, DirecTV, At&T TV Now, and other providers. It appears that only Sling has the 8 Premiere channels. Not even Dish appears to have them.
