How are these teams even profitable? Why does Pacucha do this?

 

In theory, you can develop players here and later bring them to the group's bigger teams cheaply or even sell them to other clubs. In theory.

 

True. It has never worked though. I remember there were about 3 young Mexicans in Everton of Chile. Never heard from them again. The only player swapping between Talleres and Pachuca was a bunch of washed up Liga MX foreigners, like Vuoso and Ludueña.

 

Iván Ochoa plays sporadically at León and Marco Bueno plays in Bolivia. Can't remember the rest.

EDIT: And Steven Almeida plays in ghe Ex-Ascenso.
