What's just as disappointing is that Rhino chose to reissue this. My respect for the label has just sunk a bit.
There's this stuff called arbutin, for example. All sorts of things can be considered bleach. https://analbleachingguide.com/impo...sed as medicine for acne, warts, and calluses.
Well, my 84 year-old father-in-law just tested positive for coronavirus. Five months ago I would have told you he was in great health, but he's started frailing, and his concierge doctor (who we used to love) is now pretty much retired on active duty. But he had a small stroke and he's been hospitalized twice for dehydration (despite drinking 6-8 cups of water every day.) He's not the man he was back in February. Since the stroke, which was in his eye (which seems weird to me) he lost much of his vision and he's naturally not driving. He's been pretty much cooped up with only family (who are all rigidly social distancing) and a long time girlfriend (not so good on the social distancing.) And his maid comes in once a week. Last week the maid tested positive which is why we got Dad tested. She wears a mask when she works, certainly in Dad's house and so she says about her other clients. But I know her family -- one of most fecund in our county -- and it's all about the family all the time. The maid is 58 and she has a great grandchild. The maid's aunt died two weeks ago, and reading the obit, she had 54 great grandchildren. Now, my family of three doesn't wear masks in our home, but we're a small vector. That family, it's always a huge gathering, all the time. I may very well be wrong about assigning the cause to the maid. It could be the girlfriend, though she's getting tested today. But for now, I'm going with her. I wonder how the rest of her family is going to respond to her test.
Fair enough. I've worked at a brewery for 12 years. We've got lots of chemicals. I've pretty much had to hide the chlorine bleach and make everyone ask me for it if they ever think they need to use it. Another fun one is guys using NaOH (caustic/lime) to clean things that contain aluminum parts (soft metals in general). Most noobs do not have much experience with caustic before getting into the industry. The brewery is big enough now that we mainly hire people who will be expected to use chemicals with some bio-chem/lab background or at least some previous professional brewery experience. I don't have time for that shit anymore.
Just received an email from my employers about working from home and the plans for the rest of the year. Majority of office employees aren't returning by the end of this year. Small percentage of office employees will be in the office when needed. Mainly for business functions that can't be performed remotely, pandemic or not. Myself, my department was permanently implementing a work from home program. Thankfully, I do not have a role where I need to go to the office, and I'm fine with that. And honestly, I was against working from home but considering how much I've saved on gas and how much weight I've lost, I'm good.
I almost went there, but I think that's just common knowledge. I mean, who hasn't bleached their asshole? Also, it would generally fall under the peroxide class of bleaches.
The german had kind of returned to work but then a infection in the office required 39 people to get tested even then, knowing what i know about NZ quarantine - 39 negatives means nothing on the first pass this is the problem
