Information on the U17's preparation for the World Cup.

From August 20th to September 14th the U17s will play 1st division teams. From there they leave for Strasbourg, France for 1 month (5 players are already in Strasbourg for an extended trial). After, they will head directly for Brazil to complete preparation.

@Paul Calixte Will Augustine ever be called up for Haiti? He's currently at RB Leipzig.

He's French but of Hatian descent.

Good q. apparently Collat had ruled out the possibility back in 2015, but if he's still available...

    From that article:

I'm glad they feel that way now, 'cause that definitely wasn't the case back in '07 when they dumped Luis Armelio García (who led us to the Caribbean Cup title the year prior) in favor of giving Wagneau Eloi his first coaching job

In ELO, Haiti is the most points ahead of the second best team in their group. In FIFA, Panama has the biggest advantage, with Canada second, and Haiti third. barnabyjonez is the only one to make predictions so far, and he predicted the seeding order you gave with every team winning every game against a worse team.

[IMG] Not having played since 2019, we are scheduled to play Panama Febuary 1st. Former International and well traveled player Jean-Jacques Pierre will take over as head coach.

Best of luck to him! He's got big shoes to fill, and we got big ambitions.

Mind you, we're only playing the Belize game this month, as St. Lucia have (according to varying reports) either asked to reschedule their matches or dropped out of WCQ entirely.

Yes, and I believe France is trying to restrict Ligue 1 & 2 players from traveling.

Plus Nazon seems to be out because of Covid
