Arias was excellent today, I only saw a portion of the game but im going to watch the rest now after I finish Milan/Juventus. He played a big part of the first Atletico goal today which was scored in under a minute.

I did not see the game but in the games I have watched Arias seems to be a bit better than Trippier.

Something they mentioned on BeIN Sports though is that when Trippier is on the field he does give them someone who whips in good crosses from set pieces and can put good shots on target too from FKs. They kinda of miss that with him on the bench.

Serves EL Cholo right for having Arias on the bench.

I am also happy a USA player scored the winning goal.:p

These quarterfinals for both European tournaments were brutal for Colombians. Not one of them survived that I can think of.

I havent seen the game. How was TRippier?
I think the edge of Trippier is that he has more offensive power. He can dribble well and put good balls in the box.
    but that was before covid

Trippier only is better in free kicks......arias attacks much better and use the wing much better.

    Trippier maybe have crosses

    Both are bad defending

My cousin in Colombia got it. She said she hadn’t gone outside for 2 months because she was pregnant and probably got it from postmates or another food delivery site.

I have friends parents who died and multiple friends who have gotten it. Some say they were sick for 1 day, some for a week. But it wasn’t that bad. Effects people very differently

currently home schooling. As my parents are living with us during Covid. Like I’m not worried about getting it but am about killing my parents or grandparents because I want to watch a movie at a theater or go out to dinner.

How is your cousin now? Glad everyone in your house is ok. Some cousins of mine got it while going to the beach in North Carolina - they are all better now - just a shitty week of being sick. I’m afraid to visit my mom and brother in Florida for the same concerns you have with your parents and grandparents

A friend of mine in CT got it and didn’t even know he had it until he took an antibodies test. He told me could pinpoint it to a week in April where he had a minor soRe throat and a couple nights of bad sleep.

My friend in Miami got it too and was back to normal 2 weeks later and he’s a heavy smoker.

Where I live in Long Island City is as good as can be - I hope. My whole zip code averages about 1-2 new cases per day but I still take all precautions when outside. Been working from home since March 13 and will likely do so until year end.

My cousin in Colombia is fine now thank god. We were worried because she was pregnant. I mean the whole Covid thing shows we still are in a slave system. Go to any store any place you live and everyone working are Hispanic or black. Or some really really old white person without retirement benefits.

My wife is a psycho and am under tiger mom rule but it’s tough. The kids need friends so we have a group of friends and some cousins who aren’t idiots and hang out. It’s tough because my parents are with us.

As for Fro... dude get a girlfriend. Smashing and going leads to stds. Now with Covid girls want a cuddle buddy. You can probably get a someone way better than a year ago because chicks are trying to seal deals right now. Has to be cheaper too because not many places to take them.

I had covid back in late march as it hit the NYC area bad. It only felt like a mild cold, but the crappy part was that I did lose my sense of smell/taste for about a month! Even now 5 months later my sense of smell is still dulled. My boss (in his 40s) however was on a ventilator for like 4 days so it def affects everyone differently.

yea I had a friend who is a bit over weight and eats badly. He had it and like for a day.

my other friend runs the Boston marathon eats crazy healthy and was like dying for a Month.

So the whole working out, eating healthy thing I am not sure about. It’s how your body can fight the virus.

like at this point I feel everyone has had it but just didn’t feel sick enough to get tested. My wife did and it came out clean. She mad that I didn’t. It’s like um you haven’t left me alone for more than 15 minutes in the past 7 months. I think I’m safe if you are

Yep, particularly if there is interaction between the weight and heart/lung health.
