Sports have been shifting to a more points, more show, more spectacle direction in the past two decades, and i'm all for it.
You're the only one singling out Benzema in every post; negatively. Benzema helped; was one of our biggest contributors. No need to shit on him anytime someone says anything remotely netural or positive.
RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann: "Real Madrid's contact in 2018? I didn't think it was the right step to go to Real Madrid. I had a good chat with Jose Angel Sanchez and we agreed that we could speak again in the future if Madrid were to need a coach and if I were available." pic.twitter.com/SW8ejnllfP— Infinite Madrid (@InfiniteMadrid) August 9, 2020 Plan A if Zidane ever leaves

Got to love how Florentino is resistance to learning from previous mistakes. His complacency punishes every success. Without Zidane, I don't know where we would be.
yeah I dont know about letting guys of the level of James and Bale go, no replacement parts and come back with another year of Hazard, Isco, Asensio, Lucas, etc. I'm sorry but I don't think we can keep winning that way.
I think Flo and the management are relying on significant step up in contributions from a number of players, most notably up-top, from Hazard, Jovic, Rodrigo and even Vinicius. At least two of them will need excellent seasons if we are to compete in the league and CL. The midfield, with Odegaard’s addition, will just about scrape through I believe. It’s a risky, financially focussed strategy, a poor trophy-less season, and Zizou may walk again...
