My brother's ticket rep was on maternity leave last week. Wonder if that may be the issue.

My rep said she is about 35% through her assigned people.

Our friend who joined our group this year I still don't think have received their email. But my rep and another friends rep said they can still lock in all of us now. so if you are with a larger group and some of them have a call set up, you can join and they will take care of you. Just make sure they give proper credit to the assigned ticket rep. They can look up to see who all the res assigned are.

I’m not impressed with my new ticket rep at all. Josh...Joe...Jim? Can’t remember his name. I emailed and called my old rep multiple times a month or so ago when “everyone else were being schmoozed on the luxury seating” literally just to find out who my new rep was and it took weeks to get a response. The new guy finally called me to basically say “here I am” then silence. I didn’t have his contact info so I emailed Brendan last week about securing our tickets for next season and the new guy called me today to tell me he’s working on the first wave then he’ll get to me. I’m really not impressed with him at all and this whole thing is frustrating the hell out of me.

They're letting the loyal fans get first shot at the seats. The only thing you get on the Zoom meeting from what I saw posted here is views from different seats in different sections to help you make a decision - which is what was supposed to happen at the Experience Center on N. High Street.

Brendan is top notch. He always stuns me with the speed of his responses. The guy is on top of it.

I sort of complained (again) to my new ticket rep about why it made no sense for them to divvy up our 3 families from the same rep. We loved Marissa. She said it was hard for them to determine what groups were buying together, obviously Marissa knew in her head but it wasn't a sortable thing. But we are quickly seeing why it was good they added more reps and split us up. Imagine the long time employees having to work through their entire lists. We wouldn't be getting contacted for months. So I'm glad at least they are working as quickly as they can.

For my money, if you ended up with Shanee or Brendan, you rolled a 7.

I went from Brendan to Paul McMahon...so eager to try and sell me $3k seats but can’t get a response for normal seats.

Had Shaneé as well, she was very good. I got assigned to Jake this time around and while I'm not ready to put him at her level, he absolutely went to work on my behalf to get my group what we wanted. He got seats reserved for players opened up to put me next to some others who got an earlier time slot. When there were no seats behind those for others within my group he found another area where it would work. He called other reps to get them to call the others in my group and square them away. When one rep didn't follow up on that he did.

This process kind of sucked and made for a very stressful day last week. But Jake did more than what was even allowed to do his best to take care of me.

But does Jake wear a State Farm polo at work...?;);)

Joking aside, I've had Adam for my rep and he's been just fine. I expect I was in an early group due to being an FST since 1998. But YMMV.

Looks like we'll be in 214 for next season. Not bad, I guess.

Looks like a lot of us that were in the 100 sections are now in the 200 sections. But those all look like they will be pretty good seats. We'll see in a year or so.

Our group has narrowed it down to 114 or 142. Pros & cons to both. But we are trying decided today and pull trigger. No one wants to make call and we are all paralysis by analysis.

But that is in sun! And there will likely be longer lines at concession over there with upper deck. But there will also be more concessions over there. and we can get a full section closer to midfield (for $50 more bucks).

Sounds like you've decided on 114.

I have Josh and was pretty adamant on the initial Zoom call with him that I was only interested in Nordecke and he certainly took the time to explain things about the stadium related to the Nordecke and Supporters activities in general (the march and what not) but didn't try to oversell me on the expensive ones thankfully. He gave me his cell phone number and when Nordecke went on sale I texted him to see when I should set up a call to get those ordered and he called me right away. Marissa was my old one and she was the best but so far I haven'd had any issues with new rep Josh.

I think so. We are having one of our 3 reps (really made this more complicated than it needed to be) block the seats and then going to finalize everything today. We had to find out who the rep was for one of our families from our reps.

I have my meeting set at 2pm tomorrow with 3 others who I'll be in a group block of 7 tickets with. Then I got scheduled into a 2:30pm meeting that I can't miss. I'll leave it to the others to make the final seat selection. We're looking at upper deck center--green or orange, depending on the value of the best available green vs best available orange.

Got my email today and booked for Thursday. I want to buy a 4 pack (or could maybe have my arm twisted into a half season seat next to my full season seat. I don't expect all 20K tickets to be sold but also don't expect partial seats to be reserved at this point. So I'll probably pick "bad" seats to maximize the chances of an open adjacent seat.

DONE! 113 Row 6. Apologizing now to the 4 seats on the end our row - if I drink a lot of beer, I have to make a lot of trips to bathroom (I'm getting old). We could have had aisle seats in row 5 on opposite end of row, but we wanted to be bit further away from goal/endline. We ended up passing on 124 because we didn't want sun in eyes for evening games. And also I don't think roof will keep you dry with weather coming from West if you're in first 10-15 rows.

Overall I was surprised at how few end rows were left in many sections - hopefully that means sales are going well. We looked at South End and Upper East but decided with our credit this year, it will basically pay for one seat next year and cost will net to same. It's just that I paid for it over 2 yrs. We may move the following year, we'll see.
