that may be true but it's still the rules and you have to follow the rules that are in place. what is the effing point if punishments aren't enforced? we have to play by the rules but they don't? an appeal that reduces is WAY different than an appeal that....repeals. that's basically saying they did nothing wrong.
I'm happy with that as long as EVERYONE plays by the rules and like I said there is a dirty Spanish club that's been bank rolled for decades, you may have noticed a French club too? Man City have done nothing that plenty of other clubs have done/are doing, FFP is fine by me if clubs other than English ones are also subjected to them.
Actually they didn't say City had done nothing they said that many of the claims involved incidents outside the statute of limitations. So technically not guilty. That said I do have some sympathy with the points made by Crawleybus
And you can't ********ing watch Peacock on an external monitor say a big tv, or you can't watch it on your computer until you disable or unplug the hdmi to the tv, and hard to do some work on computer if a match on top,and not on roku and not on amazon... Comcast is the Devil, if the Devil was meaner
Wolves drop 2 points to burnely so they cant overtake us now (7 back 2 to play). Will still fight for Europe but eases the pressure a little for that last fixture.
App + chromecast = win I have never had a roku, amazon, appletv or anything but chromecast and there's nothing I cant watch on the tv as a result. Comcast on the other hand is dreadful.
Sheffield United have European hopes and in better recent form than Leicester City. SHU could help Chelsea immensely tomorrow.
Same here...but the other systems you mentioned have some great 3rd party apps...especially for foreign language television.
Even for Wolves? You might be right, but I think Europe is a big deal for them regardless. Of course CL is more important, but if they are battling for EL spot, I can't imagine they'd put less focus on winning.
Yes, for Wolves Champions League means a world more than Europa League. They have never played in the Champions League competition (they played European Cup back in the 50's) but are currently still in the Europa League so definitely less special. Not saying they won't play hard, but if Champions League is on the table they would, IMO, fight that much harder. It would be an historic achievement for them. If they weren't already in EL I'd be inclined to agree but think some forget they are still in Europe.
Liverpool have very little intensity. Maybe they are saving some for us but more likely they have taken the foot off the gas a little. When VVD makes an error, you know something isn't quite right (hope they are flat in their next match but I doubt it somehow)....
With all the service specific apps I've used (NBCSN, CBS All access, ESPN, Netflix, etc etc), every single one of them has supported Chromecast streaming. I wouldn't be too concerned that your content will be limited to a small device. I can't comment on Big Cable as I severed ties with them years ago but doesn't surprise me they have a consumer last outlook. Also, doubtful that your only option is their app. You'll be authenticated for whatever app Peacock is on. If people have been pulling HDMI cables to get a game on a bigger screen, I'd say they've been doing it wrong for ages
Just looked it up...So they can't get to 100 (MC record) and they can tie 32 wins (not that important). Hopefully they won't care about that one.
"people" do sometimes like to use the big 4k as a 2nd monitor, never had to use it just as a monitor, and be denied for apps or any matches really until today's Peacock only on the computer thing, they even have apps anywhere yet ??? and before I tried never would have guessed they would disallow external monitors (though if it was Chelsea guess I could just make it the main, defeating the work too, and posting crap here aspect) Got a chromecast somewhere, but just annoying I would have to go to so much trouble to see if it worked out, when I pay a hundred bucks a month now to have the necessary Direct tier to get NBCSports and see what they promised "every match" when I signed up for 2 years a good while back) tried to have a little rant to relax and you would think with all the feedback, I had brought up a goalkeeper . Hope Peacock gets its shit together before next season so I don't have to find my Chromcast in the ol 8-track box, and just use the 1 Roku tv remote like civilized folk. to make a short story longer I would be fine dumping Direct, but someone around here likes to watch and dvr soaps, cooking and home improvement shows in the easiest way possible, and nah just not me
When these rules were instituted, Platini made no secret of the fact that he didn't like certain clubs (Mainly Chelsea and Man United) having plenty of money. So I see Crawley's point, especially as he seemed to have no problems with certain Spanish clubs, Milan, Inter, Juve (And match fixing to boot!) doing the same. FFP was Platini trying to keep the hegemony going and using concern trolling to boot. Where is Platini now? In exile and was recently questioned over the World Cup being awarded to Qatar.
Do you have a smart TV or an Xbox One, by chance? If you have a LG TV with WebOS 3.5 and up or a Vizio with smartcast 2.0 and up, you can download Peacock on it. Xbox One, you should be able to download no problem. I downloaded it on my smart TV only because I was lucky. 50 inch LG TV with 4k booyah. Comcast and Roku's issue is as always, ad money. Part of me is hoping the 80s/90s business mindset dies off and we can have the streaming options we want. Pipe dream, but still.
There should be a Peacock TV app for both iOS and android. I have android and can confirm it works just fine with Chromecast (watching post match on it right now as it happens). Chromecasts are super cheap as well. $30 is worth the removal of hassle and could do wonders for your blood pressure As an uncivilized person I haven't had any form of box in ages and really prefer it that way. Less clutter, fewer remotes, less stuff to connect. I'd read up on roku (and amazon for that matter) in general. Lack of support is getting more and more common due to ads and data (I think hbo max is also not there).
