I expect City to spend 150-200 mil this summer just as a middle finger to FFP. They will rebuild their back line.
Was there ever any doubts City would be spending big this summer after today's outcome? Even more so after the season they just had, with the squad needing a serious refresh. Not to mention, they sold Sane for a hefty sum, so that will only help them FFP wise (not that they couldn't give a flying eff about it anyhow...)

********ing legend. Never played higher than the third division in his life. Four years ago he was cut by Wimbledon and Wycombe took a chance on him while they were still in League Two. After two promotions they're in the Championship.
Mourinho has come down hard on City's ban being overturned, calling it a disgraceful decision. Added that if they were innocent, they wouldn't have been fined at all. And ultimately, that the ban should have stood. Klopp was more diplomatic claiming he's happy that City get to play CL football next season but that yesterday's decision was a bad day for football. Added that FFP is there to protect teams and the game as a whole. Pep for his part has said that the decision was correct and even went as far to say that City were owed an apology... Most definitely a man on the offensive in his press conference today. https://www.skysports.com/football/...itys-european-ban-not-a-good-day-for-football
It's pretty wild to see how much hate is out there for Man Utd, still even after being dormant for close to a decade. I get that we are the New York Yankees of the English Premier League, but even the Yankees get positive media coverage. The hate on for Man Utd is widespread throughout soccer fans and the media. I know that none of this should be a surprise because the ABU-ism has always been strong, but my god. City and Chelsea should be the clubs that people hate the most.
The battle between Bale and Zidane continues and it's far from over... https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/53403060 What a mess (and Bale is still under contract for 2 more years).
It is seriously tough trying to watch Norwich with any hope of them doing us a favour. It's basically Krul, Cantwell and Hernandez vs 19.
Not watching today but Cantwell looks a decent player. Burnley or Sheffield would be smart to snap him up once Norwich go down.
Credit to Norwich for just not rolling over and laying down for Chelsea. They're still trying but they're just not good enough...
Guardiola says City chairman Khaldoon al-Mubarak is “not happy” with him after falling so far behind Liverpool this season. “We finished 21 points behind Liverpool. He’s not happy with me, but we discuss internally to try and do better next season.” #mcfc https://t.co/7B5JGywZrw— James Ducker (@TelegraphDucker) July 14, 2020 Translation, I've got a blank check for transfers this summer...
