It’s Hernandez, he’s been in almost every squad list if not all of them.

No to Rodrygo on the right. I'm hoping we can see Brahim and Asensio get some significant minutes in this game.

you know what it would be funny to see a 3-5-2 set up with Mendy, Militao, Varane as centre backs with Bale and Vasquez out wide with Fede, Case, Kroos in midfield. Hazard up top with Benz

    How is it unbalanced.

All we're doing is replacing one forward for another who play in the same position?

This match calls for a drop of points. Many key players will be missing which will probably show on the pitch too. We will struggle in attack again and will probably need another penalty to seal the win. We struggle to create chances and imo we can't keep winning while playing like we did in our last three matches. Alaves have a solid defence, they conceded quite a few goals this season which doesn't do us any favor. I already placed a bet of under 2.5 RM goals which I'm certain will go through easily. I'm thinking about placing a bet on AH +1.5 on Alaves. If we will win, it won't be bigger than 1 goal margin imo.
Also, Alaves is figthing for survival in La Liga. They haven't secured their stay for the next season yet, which is another obstacle.

Why "Realist" when "Defeatist" was also available?

I agree with giving Mariano a start , it’s not like anyone on this team has been scoring goals by the bucket load recently, no matter the composition of the front three, if Benz needs a rest, as is being touted as a necessity here, then rest him

    do whatever , just win

The tweet is pretty damn stupid though. "No attacking player has scored in the last three games! But an attacking player scored one game before that. But let's focus on the last 3 games because those will define what happens from here on, not the one before them. Let's also ignore the penalty kick goals that usually a striker would've executed. A defender scored!"

Let's face it: Every match played right now is impossible to predict. People felt that Athletic would be a tough nut to crack, but then both Madrid and Sevilla defeated them at home.

It really doesn't matter who scores but our attack has been struggling for a while now. Benzema has not scored in a long time, Hazard missed many games, Vini is Vini, Rodrygo lacks the confidence.

What is with these lineups? We aren’t going with 3 at the back suddenly out of nowhere, lmao.

Benzema has provided basically 90% of the Casemiro goal with that assist, let's be absolutely serious.

We've had tough matches vs teams that have actually quality defending to them.
Alaves is in the ranks for worst defense in the League. Athletic has conceded 20 goals less than Alaves (31). Why would i draw comparisons between them?

Second most League goals scored vs one of the worst in League goals conceded. We don't even need to be perfect.

I am convinced people just don't watch the League by now and just look at every opponent like some dragon we just slayed just to give yourself the satisfaction that we won against all odds. .

Tricky one with all the personnel missing...but we have no option but to destroy these guys. Can't let Barca anywhere close to us...

Need our attack to give us 3 goals tonight!

    Vamos!

Javi Hernandez has been making most squad lists since the return, but there was a flurry of talk about Gutierrez being a really good prospect at LB and that Zidane likes his game, take that for what it’s worth...

I think he maybe played against Gala in the preseason, but was starting with the U19 for the most part this season (Fran was still the starting LB at Castilla)

A little concerned between absences and Alaves’s desperation but I think we’ll be fine.
