I think he was sent on loan for a bit over attitude problems. It was probably how far he needed to drop to get a reality check. Even though Brazilian football is weird. Good teams seem to go up and down more regularly than Europe so I dont think the quality is that much different.

I was just surprised to see him bounce back at all, players in his situation rarely do. Judging by his new tattoo it seems like he realizes he had it all and nearly wasted it. I saw a lot of people making fun of him for it but it’s a great sign in my opinion. He has all the physical tools needed to succeed so an attitude change might make everything click for him. I’m cautiously optimistic.
