Same old problems, Palace feel sure they will go on to win, heck we all feel sure of it! This game eptomises the season - frustrating as f*ck!
it would cost us at least 5 times 3 years of Willian's salary just to buy a semi-replacement and hope
It's obvious that supah wanted young Gilmour to show he could do the job but, as the game went on, he lacked that level of simple expertise to hold the midfield.
Sorry, I meant 'experience', rather than 'expertise'. He needed to relax a bit more and just put his foot on the ball instead of making decisions too quickly and thus making mistakes.
We have fewer clean sheets than the likes of Watford and Brighton this season. Let that sink in as it's truly an awful stat. This is why I laugh at suggestions we may be chasing for a title next year. Sure we are adding firepower but you tend to win leagues from the back.
I only saw the second half, I have to say we were hanging on for most of it. I've NEVER known bottom half teams play with as much confidence against us as I have this season, but there again I'm not surprised, I know EXACTLY what to do to beat us and I'm not paid millions a year to manage! Seriously I've never seen Palace look so confident of a result - even when they play other bottom feeders! They looked GENUINLY shocked when they didn't get at least a point from us!
I dont know who needs this but posting it as a public service just in case. https://www.heart.org/en/health-topics/heart-attack/treatment-of-a-heart-attack/cardiac-medications
Lamps hopefully puts him on full ********ing blast for that. Absolutely wild to see that in real time.
