Sargent good drawn foul for corner-ish free kick that turns into a goofy Eggestein shot.

Veljkovic looks like he might have to come off - and Bremen was already dangerously short on defense.

Sargent needs to pay off the faith that's been shown in him w/ a goal contribution.

Bartels on for Osako. Not a bad idea. Bartels is very experienced.

I'm just happy that Kohfeldt didn't listen to the genius BS posters who thought he'd come off at the half! Best player on the field this half.

Nobody said he should be, rather it would be understandable, and that's still true. He was terrible in the 1st half. You are Monday Morning QB'ing. Everyone is a genius then.

Negative. I said he wasn't great in the first half, but hardly the worst, as Werder were terrible overall. And it looks as if Kohfeldt agreed with me (though not sure that's a compliment with his performance this year).

Some of these passes and touches are shocking, even for two relegation zone clubs.

WTF? Sargent took off on the break expecting Rash to keep going and cross, instead Rash just kind of passes it centrally somewhere with 4 players around Sargent.

I guess Sargent could have held his run and done some one touch passing. But geesh, that just looks terrible.

It was shocking. The dude misplaced his pass by about 15 yards.

Sargent coming off it looks like. Time to turn this trash off. This wasn't much more interesting than Thursday.

(never mind - Rashica gets subbed)

Man, Sargent fat kid under the basket position and Rash weakly shoots it into nothing.

I actually like this tactical decision from Kohfeldt. W/ the opponent needing 2 goals, just bunker but with 2 fw's so you have someone to play the long balls to. None of that 1 fw island crap where you're just going to cede possession and chances.

This heidenburg guy somehow avoided a red card on the straight studs up follow through to the Werder MFs thigh. Announcers hardly mentioned it!

Hell of a strike off the bar, great reaction on the rebound.
