Okay fair point but as far as future talent at youth levels coming up the ranks U 17, U 19, U 21 England may have you guys beat

You scout what? Do u scout every English youth? The facts are England have dominated underage football, 4 years ago we didnt have the talent we have now. I can assure you England have better kids coming through

U20 team - champs in 2017, did not qualify 2019
U19 team - champs in 2017, Group stage 2018, elite round 2019
U17 team - champs in 2017 world cup, 2019 did not qualify


Italy's current youth generation is just as good (if not almost as good) as England's (Donnarumma 21, Zaniolo 20, Chiesa 22, Tonali 20, Luca Pellegrini 21, Bastoni 21, Kean 20, S. Esposito 17).

 

yes Italy has some good young talents as you pointed out.

The key is to let the kids play! Trophies aren’t everything. If the kids develop in a healthy environment and are supported , they can do well. The key is to let them enjoy the game and prepare for adult life.

I have coached many youths over the years , even the ones who do not continue soccer into adult edge , it’s fine with me. I do know and feel that I’ve helped some kids escape a life of crime and drugs due to my intervention and letting them focus on sport.

 

I even forgot about Italy's youth that they have coming but you also can't forget about the Dutch too in that regard

 

But back to the 2020-21 UEFA Nations League, it begs the question of if it even still happens at this point considering the COVID 19 crisis

 

Depends on what argument wins out. The one where athletes aren't dying from the disease, or the argument that all sports should be shut down until there is a vaccine.

 

If Nations League does still happen then it would have to be played behind closed doors again

 

just get rid of it. don't need to make sure glorified friendlies occur.

September's dates and times are set. I expect the rest will be released after Thursday's FIFA meeting when they release the adjusted calendar.

 

So it looks like Nations League will be going ahead and if it does, then my pick to win it all for 2020/21 is the Oranje, the Dutch

We've got a few talents not ready yet. Euro is more likely as they will be more experienced in international football, but still too early to win Euro too.

all they're missing is a prolific striker and they'd be best in the world IMO.
