Earlier today I got a call from my 2021 experience rep person whatever. I explained to her essentially this - I am not a hard sell. Just tell me how much and where to sign. My big issue was that I have seats with two other people, we will want to continue to sit together, yet we have each been assigned a different person to pick out seats in the new stadium. I have hopes this will all work out, but it seems like a bit more planning might have helped.
Just emailed my earnest and enthusiastic rep "Michael." He called last week, but my voicemail is screwed up - has been for months - and I'm loathe to get it fixed because... well, why would I want to make it easier for people to reach me by phone? Anyway, he followed up with an email. I responded with everything he needs to know in order to sell me a season ticket: get me pricing info and I'll commit to a full season ticket package, somewhere, within a few days. The last thing I need is a dog and pony show.
Please tell me we'll at least still be in the same section, so we can continue to drunkenly commiserate at the end of games...
So all in all this recent communication from these reps, has anyone actually gotten any real information about season ticket costs for next year?
I haven't. When I asked directly I was told they can't talk about that yet. When I said I was only going to sit in the Nordecke I was told they will be selling all the higher priced tickets first.
Someone asked about average ticket prices by team. Here is a good link with some info https://blog.ticketiq.com/blog/mls-ticket-market-prices-trends I believe these prices are per game / day of game prices.

Nope. But I did just get an invite for a virtual town hall somethingorother. Next Wednesday. At noon. I'll never understnad why they schedule this stuff in the middle of the workday.
My rep wants to schedule a time for a phone call to 'answer my questions.' I mean, why bother? In my email to him I said that all I really wanted to know was ticket costs for next year. Whatever. I know there'd been a common belief that the team would experience a huge uptick in ticket sales next year. Presumably that'll happen. But everything's relative, and this miserable year has stolen the club's ability to develop momentum in 2020 on which to build going into 2021. So, yeah, more season tickets will be sold next year. But good luck to the club 'selling all the higher priced tickets first.' I assume that's why this rep wants to talk to me; to try and talk me into a higher priced package. Sounds like an annoying waste of time.
I signed up, primarily because I'm starved for anything remotely newsworthy that's related to the club. But then I saw it was about premium and club seats. Couldn't care less. If it's just a sales pitch, I'll probably log off after about five minutes.
Same. I think I'll hear him out on the off chance I can afford higher-priced seats - knowing that if I can afford them our seat-buddies can afford them and I can sell them on moving out of Nordecke. I mean, we're all getting older and looking forward to sitting down to enjoy a Crew game.
He didn't try to talk me into anything. He asked a bit about my history with the club, who I usually attend with and then where I was considering sitting in the new stadium. When I said I have sat in a supporters section since the beginning he said they would be selling Nordecke tickets later, after the other sections were already on sale.
I signed up, just to see if I can glean some information that is of use. I definitely won't be buying a skybox and I'm very doubtful of persuading anyone to get club seats, or why I'd want to. Chances are the sightlines aren't as good as the best "regular" seats, and anyway the business people schmoozing clients would probably complain I cheer too much. And too loudly. But maybe they'll tell us useful stuff like parking. And maybe the seating chart they do give us will incidentally let on what kind of "regular' seating there is. And important details like whether the roof will block the sun from seats on the east side. It's worth doing. But I really wish the team would just tell us this stuff. We're on their side.
They did that with me a month ago and pitched their premium suites at a modest $110,000 per year for a minimum seven-year commitment. When I told him that I don't run a Fortune 500 company and asked about other seating upgrades from Nordecke, he said they didn't have any info yet on pricing for even the other premium options (like club, which could presumably be upsold to some existing STMs). It's kind of incredible how badly they've mismanaged this so far when a lot of your core support has never been easier to contact or more eager to buy.
My rep called me yesterday. I asked about parking and seat priceing. He had no answers. I did tell him I had been contacted by fc Orange & blue and they state they will have four different club sections. The highest priced seats were in the tunnel club. That is a section in the center where the players will run out of the tunnel onto the field. I told my rep that the price of those seats were $3,500 per season. His reaction was yes that was true! I guess I will have to give up my Center Circle seats!
You'll need to dial-in to the meeting on the 10th. You should have an email with dial in instructions including a phone number and a passcode. Mine came about 2 minutes after I RSVP'd. Check your spam folder.
I asked about parking options yesterday. He said the premium seats would have onsite parking. I think otherwise, it's find your own spot in the vicinity.
I wonder what "onsite parking" specifically means. There are over 700 parking spots relatively close to the stadium that I would think would be in super high demand on game days. Per Google Maps and listed as public lots: 530 W Spring: 122 spaces - Closest to stadium, but also seems to be the parking lot for whatever business is there. Still, Google Maps lists it as a public parking option Hocking Lot (258-326 W. Spring): 124 spaces Fletcher Lot (280 Fletcher): 218 spaces - The lot that surrounds Betty's Brodbelt Lot (north of Huntington Park and West of Express! Live): 300 spaces I wonder if the companies that control these lots police them in terms of tailgating. One thing is for certain: No port o lets will be there. I guess only time will tell. But it would be pretty cool if we could buy Game Day privileges to these lots and if the team would help facilitate that.
I'm older than most of you and I'm considering moving into Nordecke for first time. Mostly because my wife only goes to 1-2 games per year and all my kids are now teenagers so Nordecke is in their wheel house.
It's their own private lots that they'll be building adjacent to the stadium, mostly on the south and west sides of the plot on which the stadium is being built. There will be relatively few spaces and thus those spots will be reserved for their highest-dollar premium ticket holders. The lots you listed will be high demand for the rest of us.
And now the dog that didn't bark. We were told that sometime this past week season ticket holders would begin to receive emails which contained a link to set up an individual appointment to discuss seats in the new stadium. All I got was an email allowing me to RSVP for a "town hall" to present a sales pitch for premium seating. From the silence of the other posters, I have to assume nobody else received an opportunity to set up an appointment to individually select real seats. I feel like I'm being strung along because some sales theory says that builds anticipation. It's irritating.
