Oh well...I guess the party has been postponed. What does it mean when you throw a “MAGA Night” party at the White House and nobody shows up?— Jon Cooper (@joncoopertweets) May 31, 2020
If you look closely at his inside vest pocket, you can see the top of this book. The person in that picture is Woke a.f. Indeed, they would no doubt object to your cis-centric assumption of dudeness.
That's not surprising. I do think/hope that middle America has modified its view on the police, because they are aligned with Trump and vice versa. It's pretty clear that Trump advocates violence and extremism, and thus in embracing him so do the police unions.
The kid was at Union Square yesterday. Some legit protesters, even more young guys looking for a soccer riot. They were abusing the cops pretty heavily. The kid is no friend of the police, but even he said, "They're not going to continue to put up being treated like that."
That victim blaming is bad, regardless of whether the victims are sympathetic or unsympathetic. Otherwise, when you shame someone for victim blaming, you're really not shaming them for victim blaming. That's just a cover.
I'm sorry but I dont respect fascists and their lame attempts to wind up AA protesters. Don't think they should be beaten. But I'm not sad when they are either.
Included in this article are several more examples. https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2020/05/george-floyd-protests-police-violence.html
3 examples in there . Most are not about media. Still ... a clear result of Trump's campaign against the media.
Thank you ...while you're at it, look up the definition of ... https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/dozen
It's an unprecedented intimidation in multiple states It has been pointed out this has occurred before to journalists in single locations...

Yes dozens but i should have said dozens of members of the press were targeted For operational and safety reasons the press frequently operate in groups. In the attack reported by Molly Hennessy-Fiske of the LA Times, Minnesota police opened up on at least a dozen members of the press including print, photogs and tv crew - seriously injuring Molly. In another incident police fired on a TV crew including camera crew, producer and journalist I reviewed many more such incidents yesterday, so while some are reported from the perspective of one journalist or photographer, in most cases there are at least 3 or 4 members of the press who were fired upon with rubber bullets, tear gas etc But yeah - i should have said dozens of members of the press were targeted. I estimate I saw 10 such incidents reported. My guess is there were many more.
My block is getting hit right now, the pawn shop in the corner is getting cleaned up, I have to give it to them, it is pretty well organized, people drive in, they Park let the passenger off and wait in line to go in. So far friendly looting, just causing traffic jams.
They will do what the voters tell them to do. We know the message that the voters sent in electing a Republican Presidency, Senate, and House in 2016. We are currently watching some of the aftereffects. If the voters turn on the GOP, sending a signal for interracial peace, the politicians will react accordingly. Like the rest of us, they mostly want to keep their jobs. As for the wealthy class, the ones who vote GOP couldn't be bothered with POCs, for good or bad. They just want lower taxes. Right now, they get that by POC-baiting, that's what gets GOP candidates votes from the masses. If voters stop rewarding racial strife, then the wealthy Republicans will take a different approach. This isn't a fight they care about, it's a fight of convenience.
Well, Jitty (unsurprisingly) did say "dozens"; celito replied to that with "dozens?"; and you replied to *that* with several examples. I think his response to you is understandable.
I've clarified now in post above. Sorry for the lack of accuracy. The scale of the intimidation appears unprecedented by I was reading this happened at Ferguson previously?
