Gotta love it when the directivos forget their filters and tell it like it is. FMF president Yon de Luisa saying that the Mexican national team won't be playing in the United States unless fans are allowed. Adds the relationship with SUM is "extraordinary" and that the FMF and SUM are already planning the next few years (Spanish) https://t.co/97YT4agjJW— Tom Marshall (@mexicoworldcup) May 27, 2020

I'm never going to forget those finals run they had with bofo. I was in Michoacán when it happened so much fun.
The UK is the 2nd worst hit country in terms of confirmed coronavirus deaths, but the circus has to go on I guess.

These clubs make a lot of money but they also spend a lot of money. I suspect that, unlike us average folk, a majority of clubs don’t save for a “rainy day”. Also, the potential lost television revenue is huge. I like the EPL but I don’t think it should restart. It appears that Serie A has been giving the green light too. Agree, considering how hard Italy was hit with the virus, I don't understand the rush. They should just end the season and give the scudetto to the team currently in first place, it's the only fair thing to do.
These two and the BuLI with La Liga each face a loss of 750 million on tv rights or more if there's no match to be broadcast. I tried to watch BVB vs Bayern on Dutch tv, but it was terrible. They added stadium sounds to the match and it distracted as hell. You constantly were reminded of the fake when the empty stands were visible. Apart from the match being terrible, lots of failed passes, the fake atmosphere made me turn the match off.
