They also left out the New Jersey Devils while including the Giants and Jets. Their arena is 7 miles from the Meadowlands, both in New Jersey.
They didn't include either MLS team so that seems to be a separate category of miss. They included the Rangers and Islanders so the Devils is more of a "left out" to me.
