With people like Dubya Bush and other "foolish" politicians, many have the misconception governments are bumbling and incompetent. Their are incompetent people in government but there are also brilliant minds. The same minds that developed the internet, cybernetics, game theory, etc...
Those brilliant minds are scientists and Engineers. Not politicians that lack common sense. For example would you run mass transportation system when you don’t have the people nor the equipment to disinfect the buses or trolly cars ? Of course not. Someone with sense would shut down the system and makes plans then go back to operating. Alas these government agencies didn’t think and let drivers and other transportation workers unprotected which can cause an even greater spread of sickness.
Forgive my ignorance but what I took from reading this is its stating a man was found with the full genome in tack. Is that something special..meaning he was one of the original people to get it? But that doesn't mean you can automatically conclude natural origin? If I have that wrong, can you break it down. Cheers.
I don't disagree there are incompetent politicians making incompetent decisions. They're well paid actors and psychopaths for the most part. But in the grander scheme of things with the likes of the CFR, the Rand Corp, Trilaterals and other think tanks, the movement towards a World government is anything but incompetent.
It means there was 0.04% difference between his sample and the reference sample. Accounting for the amount of errors RNA polymerase produces (1 per 1,000-10,000), that would be completely normal. You can’t definitively say anything I guess, but the science says nothing is out of the ordinary. You aren’t going to get 99.999999999999% matches between two different strains, RNA poly, which puts the viral genome together, is not accurate enough.

Unless they pull out offsides and the side officials too, that's just a hilarious reasoning to let Juve cheat at large again.
i kinda figured the same thing too... but maybe because theres multiple VAR officials huddled in the small VAR room? i unno.. kinda figure you could space them out
