If I had to guess, Ruzzo from Mercer is definitely in for it, the associate head coach at UK as well, maybe Casper from Gerogetown? Lots of coaches could be after that job.

As posted lots of coaches will be after this job. Fishbein is originally from Cincinnati and often spoke fondly of the place. No inside information but would think he would go hard after the job.
I don’t really post on this side of college soccer but Rob Spain at Lincoln Memorial seems to think he should be the one getting the job. Only know him a little and he’s a pretty arrogant guy but he is touting himself for the job so perhaps he knows someone in the administration that gives him a shot.
LMU hadn't had a losing since before 2007 so what has he done (in his mind) to get that job? I know with a change of staff there will always be bumps in the road but still, win at LMU first? Best of luck to him though!
I would agree. Not a good start at Lincoln Memorial but he seems to believe he has a chance at a bigger job.
Cincinnati won't be filling the vacancy. BREAKING: The University of Cincinnati has discontinued men’s soccer effective immediately. Quotes from AD John Cunningham in the thread below. #Bearcats— Justin Williams (@Williams_Justin) April 14, 2020

Men's Soccer is at the bottom of the food chain right now for cuts. It has nothing to do with attendance, style of play, the success of the program. Difficult times ahead after an era of growth in terms of budgets, salaries, full-time staff size, etc. Hopefully only short term ( a year or two)
Good read. I'm quite cynical so I'm not fully buying the explanation. Hopefully, I'm wrong and it's not a precursor of additional problems at Siena.
Add Siena to the vacant list and App State to the discontinued list. Sad day for the staff at App State who did a tremendous job and are great people. They made that complex a tough place to play
It’s been a while, I’ve been locked away. looked into this a little bit, Im hearing a few current D1 head coaches put in for this job. I wonder if it’s a step up for them or what? Very interesting gig it seems. Also hearing a former Siena assistant, a local alumni and a an top assistant out of the Ivy League is in the mix. Should be interesting to see who they go with, as it seems they have a good list of potential candidates
This is interesting to me as it doesn't strike me as a university that has a lot of potential (location, facilities, etc..) but I also don't know a lot about the school or the funding. Wonder if this is the product of a lack of open jobs since the virus hit. I hope one of the App State guys get a good look at this job if they're interested.
"the school or the funding" Well I guess they are pretty much paying the Met's standard HC salary. But when I saw the 'marketplace spot' a few weeks ago they said the AC was 'part-time.' It would be pretty tough to succeed without a full-time guy. Two actually but maybe that's asking for too much in this league IDK?
Totally agree, though I think a lot of places survive on part-time assistants, albeit normally the 2nd or 3rd assistant, doing full time work (and trying to get them to a full-time salary with camps). That being said, I do find it a bit ridiculous for a division 1 program to not have at least two full-time staff
