I take a combination vitamin pill twice a day for eye health as I had a spot on my right retina diagnosed four years ago. It has vitamin C & E, zinc, copper and some plant compunds that are anti-oxidants. It's been shown to slow down the progression of macular degeneration. I don't know if it protects against coronavirus or not.

Those are all part of the AREDS-2 vitamin mix. There is a large clinical trial that showed it worked to delay progression of macular degeneration.

Okay, so there's an easy cheap cure for flu's and colds. I learned of this method 8 years ago and I have only had one cold since then. Dont let anyone tell its dangerous because its not. If you wait till you are fully sick it doesnt work anymore because by then the virus has spread to your entire body. Make sure the hydrogen peroxide is 3% and not stronger. You can buy the food grade H ₂O ₂ but in an emergency regular peroxide you buy at pharmacies will work just as well. Yes there are stabilizers in pharmacy bought H ₂O ₂ but they are diluted enough that they dont really harm you
This virus is bloody sexist. Male and female get infected evenly, but the number of hospitalization , but also deaths is 2/3 male , 1/3 female. This ratio is a world wide phenomenon. So females are the stronger sex?
