I use a face peeling creme and moisturiser. My face usually feels like a crater from all the grime and dust flying around here since i live in a central area of the city.

I use face wash and scrub, plus argain oil as moisturizer. Because it helps my skin. Especially now, when leaving the privilege of twenties.

It's the only thing that makes sense really. An activity that requires enormous amount of traveling, and physical contact is basically just inviting people into getting infected.

Then you have people treating their employees like animals with ideas like this one:

Red Bull Formula One chief makes incredible claim that he WANTED his drivers to be infected with coronavirus at a 'CORONA CAMP' so they would be immune in time for the racing season

Sounds a bit like fake news, but not totally unbelievable! Covid-19 is 33 times more deadly than the flu for 20-29 year olds and 3 times more infectious.

33 times sounds like a massive stretch. Source?

I got to listen to a risk assessment expert today that basically said that the social effect by domestic violence, depression through isolation could be a greater risk than the virus itself, which i consider bullshit, since abusive people don't wait for extreme circumstances to show it.

Most of these experts work for the financial sector though so their math for the financial aftermath is clear, while their math for the spread of the virus is speculative. the person admitted that they have no numbers so it's basically all up in the sky how bad or how dangerous this virus really is. A lot of us might have it and not know. The financial sector is reads this as a "it's probably not as bad as it seems", the health sector speculates on it being much worse than it seems to not be overrun by it.

His main concept was that there has to be a moment where there has to be a point where everybody gets tested at a large scale so that the danger has to be more precisely gauged.

Spain’s daily death toll has been over 800 for five days running.

Over 800 corona deaths in the USA yesterday.

563 corona deaths in the UK yesterday

More infectious yeah. 33 times ? I think that's very early to tell. Consensus is 1-3% including all age groups. And I am guessing it's closer to 1% which is still around 10x influenza. You have to realize many people have gotten CV, recovered, and never got tested.

The Green party Mayor of Berlin-Center has infected himself with the virus on purpose, to be immune against it.

He says his expectation was that he'd be a bit under the weather for a few days then he'd be immune against the virus.

Claims it turned out a lot worse than he expected it, but hopes more people will go the way of "deliberate immunisation" in the future so that "this illness can do us no harm in the future".

To be clear, I said: 33 times higher mortality rate than the flu for the 20-29 age group.

Keep in mind that the mortality rate of flu for this age group is quite low. Ballpark 5 to 10 per 100,000 cases. So 33 times more deadly than that would be roughly 200 per 100,000. Or 0.2%. Seems realistic just going by some back-of-an-envelope calculations and knowing that, even in that age group, some people do have under-lying health issues.

I believe the numbers were derived from the big study that The Lancet Infectious Diseases journal just released, which is quite reputable. Though can't find now where they disaggregate by age group.

I do, some are very good, not because they are vegan but because they are bio and/or organic, but some are horrible like the deodorants. Never use a vegan deodorant.

My wife’s uncle is going through it now (about a week in), and my friend went through it too. They were/are classed as mild cases (ie not hospitalised) but my friend, who is young and healthy and fully recovered, said it was like two weeks with severe malaria, he said he had temperatures around 39/40 Celsius for ten days.

He said it’s the worst illness he had, so the idea that someone would go through that deliberately is insane.

I was never parfume type of guy. I don`t like strong smell. As such i use bio deodorant to prevent odor - albeit i am lucky in that regard considering i don`t perspire that much outside of physical activity.

How is it that fans add nothing to the experience in tennis? Especially at Wimbledon. A certain final between Ivanisevic and Rafter comes to mind, which was more emotional than most premier league games.
