I'll probably come under fire for saying this but her being a vegan could have possibly had something to do with this.. People love to demonize meat but the reality is that you need the natural protein and nutrients in it. It's only bad if you consume too much or if you cosumerm poorly managed/grown/processed versions. When you're a vegan your a significantly reducing these nutrient and protein needs and therefore most likely need to depend on artificial resources to make up for it. I'm not attacking any vegans but just need the truth put there. Reminds me of the vegans who swear they lose weight, when they don't even understand going vegan means they are basically reducing protein intake to carb load. Carb loading is how you gain weight. Anyways, my body is ready. Attack away!
Take your vitamins as well (within reason). Vitamin A is important for immune system. From google: “Vitamin A is an essential vitamin needed for growth and development, cell recognition, vision, immune function, and reproduction. It is a powerful antioxidant and acts as a hormone in the body, affecting the expression of genes and thereby influencing phenotype.”
This pandemic itself started with stupid people eating unnatural shit that wasn't meant to be consumed at first place. And to think that someone would shift the blame to veganism for being "unfit" to fight the infection...sigh!

Well actually vegenism is said to increase susceptibility to illnesses like PulmonaryTB (civilization ender, it’s what’s wiped out the dinosaurs) but thankfully not miliary TB. This is according to research done by the university of my eye balls. Also, fluorescent immunoassays done on vegans show many electrochemiluminiscent tags and magnetic imaging showed tau proteins. What does all this mean? Well it has to do morbidity indexes and specificity (not be confused with sensitivity) But I just graduated in community medicine and epidemiology from google university so allow me to explain.... so amniocentesis performed on a Chinese vegan woman showed high radioactive isotopes. This was followed up RNA splicing and spectrometry. Unfortunately that was inconclusive. End of explanation. Lyra, your thoughts?
WASHINGTON: A US recession may already be underway. Could it be worse? The Great Depression that began with a stock market crash in 1929 and lasted until 1933 scarred a generation with massive unemployment and plummeting economic output. It reshaped America, shifting migration patterns, and spawning new styles of music, art and literature. Under President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, however, it also prompted creation of an array of programs like unemployment insurance, Social Security retirements benefits, and bank deposit insurance that make a repeat unlikely. https://m.economictimes.com/markets...the-virus-is-untamed/articleshow/74859204.cms
I'll speak from experience, I've never been unhealthier than in the year I went vegan. Gained a lot of weight as well. The girl that got me into it has had weight issues almost her entire life (she's been vegan since she was a teenager). The Woj pod has Doris Burke on it, a fantastic journalist covering the nba that was tested positive. I suggest everybody to listen. The two people I personally know that have the virus are doing better. It will get worse before it gets better but I try to maintain a positive attitude despite having a ton of nightmares lately.
I have been using this term covidiots lately. https://www.businessinsider.com/what-is-a-covidiot-coronavirus-pandemic-meme-2020-3
Retweet here re: vegan unhealthy-isms. Maybe it's the Demi Lovato support I've met a lot of skinny-fat vegans who are just simply weak AF. Their bodies do not have any muscle and they are sick like once a month (not a good sign as an adult). Amongst the other non-PC things I've said here, I think it's super ********ed up in this world on a constant negative feedback loop and everyone has access to the Internet and live communication across the world. It makes good things bad and bad things worse, and it completely eradicates any objective perspective and balance. COVID is bad. Yes, very bad especially for the 15-20% of people who become critically ill. Most likely, a lot more people than we know have it. However, irrational responses have made this much worse and people being extreme about the law as well as extreme about saying ********-you to the law are making this so much worse.
Problem is those 15-20% of the people aren't some magical number. It's people we know. People we love and appreciate on a daily basis. Seeing somebody say "well it's just 3% guys!" when that percentage includes a person you love as much as yourself makes my blood boil. The people we love are no percentage in a risk calculation video game.

I mean to each his own But a friend of mine who went vegan at work has been chastising everyone, telling us to watch the freaking Netflix documentaries, and pretty much telling us we are poisoning our bodies and killing our children. He tells me I'm killing my heart. I look at his overweight ass...im the most fit ************************ in this building. Ill take my meat eating heart over yours any day I don't mind people doing whatever suits them, but don't use that (just like religion) to put others down
Most people have probably seen this but it's basic information compressed in a pretty comprehensive interview:
