Karewicz also had role of German SS oficer in other Polish cult TV series Playing for High Stakes shown in late 60' Fans loved to hate him, he often said that sometimes older people met on the steets confuse his role with actual person and insulted him. The irony was he was decorated war hero who was fighting against Nazi Germans during 2nd World War.

FIFA World's rankings have been updated. As it was predictable, after SheBelieves Cup's debacle, we fell out of top 10 (11th place).
Look at it that way: We didn't fell, it's Korea DPR who moved up...after a year long of not playing football.
This made me think: their incredible isolation could maybe have an half chance of saving them from coronavirus pandemic?
Korea DPR is a whole country that behaves like the Trumpster would like the US to behave. They lie, cheat and do anything they can to irritate the rest of the world. I am quite sure that their infection rate is a LOT higher than they report. Here, in the US, we just became #1: And our chimp in charge wants things back to normal. The US, under Trump, and the Korea DPR are just about the same. Trump did not want a ship with infections on board to be allowed to dock in the US because those cases would make the US' infection rate seem higher. Soccer around the world is at a standstill but, if Trump has his way, in the US everything will return to normal and the churches will be packed by April 12. (Easter Sunday) I guess that means that he wants all sports back to normal by about that same time. After all, here in the US, we worship sports a lot more religiously than any God. (That might be equally true elsewhere but I will not condemn others for doing what the US does. "Nothing is illegal (or immoral) if one hundred well-placed business men decide to do it." Andrew Young. So if we have 100 well placed business men that decide to resume sports worldwide then it has to be the right thing to do.
And the virus causes the most damage in blue states (Michigan went Trump in 2016), so why would he care about those.... The good white folks in the red states have nothing to fear....
It's weird, the more I look at the word "dictator", the more my mind thinks "dictionary" (Langenscheidt)
“The basic tool for the manipulation of reality is the manipulation of words. If you can control the meaning of words, you can control the people who must use them.” ― Philip K. Dick
Same to u MN, take care... In the spirit of the times, Fifa are doing a world livestream match replay on Monday, of some goalless bore draw. 1999 Women's World Cup Final: USA v China - Live! https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/1999-womens-world-cup-final-usa-v-china-live.2109522/ I'll be interested to see the whole match, I haven't done before. It's on Tuesday 3am JST, but available later too. Just make sure to avoid mildly controversial statements Back me up on this, guys
All these Old Soccer Watch-Alongs gave me a stupid idea for a genius thread (on Women's International) ▶ Post a Game That You're Watching / ☆☆☆☆☆ https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/2109547/ More Lyon vidz plz - (Dominique Mallen, cc-by-sa) Similarly, it would be silly to say "I'll rescue the Nadeshiko thread from silence" (and not humble) when I'm not even a fan, it's just that you people are so darn nice. But allow me to allow you to save your forum from silence ▶ The History of Nadeshiko Japan (なでしこジャパン) https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/2109546/ (IQremix, cc-by-sa)
Thanks. In fact, in these depressing times, it's difficult to say anything significant here, when there's no football (aka sokka) around to talk about . By the way: is everything ok with you, @unepommekun? And you or anyone else in Japan know if there is any remote plan to start 2020 Nadeshiko League season, eventually, or if everyone basically give it as lost by now? In USA, some TV-channels are airing big USWNT matches from the past. We haven't as many for sure as Nadeshiko Japan, but I guess it would be funny if someone had our best matches uploaded anywhere. Although I almost know by heart some matches from having rewatched them again and again (in particular WWC 2011's ones), there are others I don't remember so well and I'd gladly rewatch.
OH GOOD LORD Try clicking and replying to this new thread! Maybe I forgot to mention it earlier! ▶ The History of Nadeshiko Japan (なでしこジャパン) https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/2109546/
Thanks for your caring. In fact, in Japan as not serious as in your country, isn't it? Of course, lots of danger lurks everywhere, but as I live in a local side, seems less dangerous in cities. About Nadeshiko League, the same as J League, opening possibilities are no where in sight. Hungry for watching soccer games, everyone in the world. Ohno's soccer lesson for beginners
It's OK, I thought the timing of the posts was funny... Look, if you nice people think Nadeshiko History is so unimportant to get 0 replies, I will have to spam this thread with Sakura XV rugby. Don't think I won't!
