It was interesting to watch the NeverBidens on my timeline go back and delete all their tweets once the Putin connection was brought up.
Not being Trump would be the best argument for just about any candidate who was running this year. And the second best argument would be that he/she is not Sanders.
1. It's in the National Review. 2. I have not forgotten how Cuomo screwed the Democrats for years by supporting the group that allowed the GOPs, who were in the minority, control of the state senate. His brand of leadership is highly likely to include a bunch of Republican daddies, which will just brandish the Republican brand, so they can ******** up again in 20 years. Hard, hard, hard pass. I'm 90% with you, Knave, but the 10% is that our culture has changed on this front. EDIT: I wrote that last part before finding out she's a Russian asset.
Remember how he shut down that commission he created to investigate corruption after it started looking at people that hung around him.
That could be. I can't find any credible source linking Reade to Russia. I also can't find any credible source discussing her latest allegations. I don't put much credence in any of it.
It's just become too easy to label someone a "Russian asset" to discredit them if you don't like what they are saying. I have no idea if this woman is lying or not or any of the specifics of her allegation and I'm with you on not being able to find any credible sources for any of it, so I'm going to call out Superdave for just treating it like it's a fact.
People should call it what it is and stop pussyfooting around it. “We don’t care about allegations” Masks off
The Democratic Party that ejected Al Franken doesn't care about allegations? Well damn. It's a good thing we have Republicans who take such things seriously. Pshaw. Now, in fairness,, after being completely and utterly played by both the right and left with the Al Franken debacle, Democrats are indeed wary of such allegations. That much is true.
Right and there are several people here that openly regret it Plus the whole “cry wolf” narrative above. Just be honest with yourself
Oh, I am being honest. 1) The number of people who cared about Hillary Clinton's emails being a national security risk: Zero. 2) The number of people who cared what country Obama was born in, except as a political attack: Zero. 3) The number of Republicans who care about sexual assault allegations, except as a political attack: Zero. Ain't playing that game no more.
Bernie beat out like 20 other candidates, consistently polled better than them among dems, against Trump in general polls, If that was such a great argument they wouldn't have done so poorly against Bernie.
Yeah, let's pump up a New York pol based simply on his showing a little bit of competent leadership during a crisis and let's complete ignore all of his previous ********ery. What could go wrong?
When was Bill Cosby elected to the Senate or as Vice President? If there is substance to this then it should be investigated and probably was investigated previously.
Those can be fake too. The one thing we should have all learned by now is to take a deep breath and to demand facts and evidence. As I said with Al Franken (and Roy Moore, although I am not drawing an equivalency), is just wait for it. If an allegation is credible, there is never just one. I have no reason to think that the screenshots linking her to Putin are not real, but we have all been burned before confirmation. Just two days ago, I posted the story about the Italian priest giving up his ventilator to a younger patient, and that was not true. I am content to give this all some time to play out. I am troubled by the Bros so quickly jumping in and almost gleefully accepting that it is true. Overall, I am more and more convinced that we are screwed as a country, so let the soap opera unfold.
