Average player. Not irreplaceable so if a nice offer arrives they can have him. Diawara is much more important.

I would hate to lose out on Veretout already, but I’m expecting everyone to be for sale. Unless we get a grace period with the new ownership, UEFA are going to give us a beat down.
Veretout and Diawara are our only not shit midfielders, I don’t see the point of selling either of them. Veretout has been decent at worst, and I see some nice qualities in him that makes me think he will grow as a player with more experience at the top level. For a defensively minded player he is actually very quick and can even dribble pretty well. His touch and decision making let’s him down at times but he adds balance to the team defensively. He is a 5/10 on his worst day and has a nice skill set for a player of his position. I can only see him getting better in the future.
