Can Havertz or Goretzka play striker?

Havertz was playing as false 9 against Frankfurt and he did so well. 1 goal and 1 assist, also in Kicker’s team of the week

Goretzka also showed some traits as a forward. I actually like him there more than at midfield. He is not creative , can’t take the ball forward and too exposed defensively , not a modern 8
