Hot take: there is no good graffiti. Graffiti artists strive for individuality in their tags and art, yet they all look the same. It's garbage. This logo is much worse. It's something a 9th grader sketches in their notebook and will look like garbage on our shirts. This is a mid tier carrier in the UK if I understand. We've either fallen quite far down the ladder in terms of corporate confidence, or this is for a ton of money (more than 200m yokohama deal?) that no one else would offer.
